Croatia, Latvia, Poland, the Russian Federation and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia cited or quoted legislation providing for the implementation of additional measures to enable competent domestic authorities to preserve property for confiscation (art. 54, subpara. 2 (c)).

Assessing additional measures to permit competent domestic authorities to preserve property for confiscation (art. 54, subpara. 2 (c)), Romania reported that no assistance was required to overcome the reported partial compliance with the provision under review, and Slovakia indicated that qualified technical assistance would be needed to adopt such measures.

Updating its previous submission, Peru reported full compliance with the article under review, with the exception of measures allowing for the freezing or seizure of property upon a foreign request providing a reasonable basis to believe that there are sufficient grounds for taking such actions (para. 2 (b)) and the preservation of property for confiscation (non-mandatory provision, para. 2 (c)), which it reported not having implemented.
وأبلغت بيرو في تحديثها لتقريرها السابق عن الامتثال الكامل لأحكام المادة قيد الاستعراض، باستثناء التدابير التي تسمح بتجميد أو حجز الممتلكات، بناء على طلب أجنبي يوفر أساسا معقولا للاعتقاد بأن هناك أسبابا كافية لاتخاذ تدابير من هذا القبيل (الفقرة 2 (ب))، والمحافظة على الممتلكات من أجل مصادرتها (وفقا للحكم غير الإلزامي الوارد في الفقرة 2 (ج))، التي أفادت أنها لم تنفذها.
