The Special Representative has established a firm institutional collaboration with the South Asian Initiative to End Violence against Children, having participated in the first meeting of its Governing Board as well as in the technical workshop on law reform, both held in Kathmandu in November 2010.
54- حققت الممثِّلة الخاصة تعاونا مؤسسياً وثيقاً مع مبادرة جنوب آسيا لإنهاء العنف ضد الأطفال، بمشاركتها في أول اجتماع لمجلس إدارتها، وكذلك في حلقة العمل التقنية المتعلقة بإصلاح القانون، اللذين عُقدا قي تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2010 في كاتماندو.

To advance this process and institutionalize critical alliances, the Special Representative has participated in strategic, high-level regional meetings, supported significant advocacy and policy dialogue initiatives, and promoted strengthened partnerships with regional institutions and organizations, as well as with regional mechanisms established to support follow-up to the study.
وسعياً إلى المضيّ قُدماً بهذه العملية وإضفاء طابع مؤسسي على تحالفات بالغة الأهمية، فقد شاركت الممثِّلة الخاصة في اجتماعات إقليمية استراتيجية رفيعة المستوى، ودعمت مبادرات هامة للدعوة والحوار السياساتي، وشجعت على تعزيز الشراكات القائمة مع المؤسسات والمنظمات الإقليمية، وكذلك مع الآليات الإقليمية التي أُنشئت لدعم متابعة الدراسة.

From 7 to 9 April 2014, Marta Santos Pais, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General on Violence against Children, participated in the 24th session of the National Children's Parliament and a round-table organised by the MFA to mark the 25th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
19- وفي الفترة من 7 إلى 9 نيسان/أبريل 2014، شاركت السيدة مارتا سانتوس باييس، الممثِّلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بالعنف ضد الأطفال، في الدورة الرابعة والعشرين لبرلمان الأطفال الوطني وفي اجتماع مائدة مستديرة نظَّمته وزارة الشؤون الخارجية احتفاء بالذكرى السنوية الخامسة والعشرين لإبرام اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.
