These actions cause particular concern against a background made up of the grave security and human rights situation and the absence of international monitoring mechanisms in Georgia's occupied regions.

13- ولسوء الحظ، ازداد الوضع تفاقماً على الأرض منذ التقرير السابق، في ظل غياب آليات رصد حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي المحتلة، التي من شأنها أن تساهم في زيادة انخراط سائر المنظمات الدولية (الاتحاد الأوروبي، ومنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا، ومجلس أوروبا) في الميدان، وتيسير إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى السكان المقيمين في المناطق المحتلة من جورجيا دون معوقات.

The critical situation in Georgia's occupied regions and adjacent areas once again underlines the necessity of the establishment of international security and human rights monitoring mechanisms.
إن الحالة الحرجة السائدة في المناطق المحتلة من جورجيا والمناطق المتاخمة لها تؤكد مرة أخرى ضرورة إنشاء آليات دولية لرصد الأوضاع الأمنية وحقوق الإنسان.

By carrying out such provocative actions, the Russian Federation continues to worsen the situation in Georgia's occupied regions.
