424. The Committee recommends that the State party, while taking into account the recommendations of the Day of general discussion on children without parental care (2005):
424- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالقيام بما يلي، مع مراعاة التوصيات المنبثقة عن يوم المناقشة العامة بشأن الأطفال المحرومين من رعاية الوالدين (2005):

(i) Take into consideration the recommendations the Committee adopted on the occasion of its days of general discussion on children and violence (CRC/C/100, para. 688, and CRC/C/111, paras. 701745);

The State party should take into account the Committee's recommendations issued at the day of general discussion on children without parental care, held on 16 September 2005.

The Committee recommends to the State party to continue taking measures for the prevention of HIV/AIDS and to take into consideration the Committee’s recommendations adopted on its day of general discussion on “Children living in a world with HIV/AIDS” (CRC/C/80).
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة اتخاذ التدابير لمكافحة مرض الإيدز ومراعاة توصيات اللجنة التي اعتمدت يوم المناقشة العامة بشأن " الأطفال الذين يعيشون في عالم يهدده فيروس نقص المناعة البشري/متلازمة نقص المناعة المكتسب (الإيدز) " (CRC/C/80).

It was suggested that consideration be given to the inclusion of a chapter on the recommendations and concluding observations made by the Committee concerning HIV/AIDS as well as the recommendations emanating from the day of general discussion on " Children Living in a World with HIV/AIDS " .
واقتُرح النظر في إدراج فصل حول توصيات اللجنة وملاحظاتها الختامية فيما يتعلق بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/مرض الإيدز فضلا عن التوصيات الناشئة عن المناقشة العامة بشأن " الأطفال الذين يعيشون في عالم منكوب بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/مرض الإيدز.

161. In the light of article 19, other relevant provisions of the Convention and taking into account the recommendations of the Committee adopted on its days of general discussion on children and violence (CRC/C/100, para. 866 and CRC/C/111, paras. 701745), the Committee urges the State party to:

(a) Review existing policies and practice in relation to children with disabilities, taking due account of the Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly resolution 48/96, annex) and of the Committee's recommendations adopted at its day of general discussion on children with disabilities (CRC/C/69, para. 338);

In 2003, the Committee met with the informal working group " Rights for Disabled Children " - set up as a follow-up to the day of general discussion on children with disabilities in October 1997 (see CRC/C/69) - to discuss further their cooperation.

28. The working group on the rights of children with disabilities, established as an outcome of the day of general discussion on children with disabilities (1997), held its first and second meetings respectively on 23 and 24 January and on 29 and 30 May 1999.

The Committee recommends that the State party continue with its efforts to prevent HIV/AIDS and take into consideration the recommendations the Committee adopted on its day of general discussion on children living in a world with HIV/AIDS (CRC/C/80, para. 243).
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة جهودها الرامية إلى منع فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز وعلى أخذ توصيات اللجنة في اعتبارها، هذه التوصيات التي اعتمدتها اللجنة في يوم المناقشة العامة بشأن الأطفال الذين يعيشون في عالم فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز (CRC/C/80، الفقرة 243).

The Committee further recommends that the State party take into consideration the Committee's recommendations adopted on its day of general discussion on children living in a world with HIV/AIDS (CRC/C/80).

The Committee recommends that the State party, while taking into account the recommendations of the day of general discussion on children without parental care (CRC/C/153), take the necessary measures to protect the rights of children without parental care and address their needs with a focus on, inter alia;

425. In the light of articles 3, 20 and 25 of the Convention, and taking into account the Committee's recommendations adopted on its Day of general discussion on children without parental care (CRC/C/153), the Committee urges the State party:
