٨٢- وترحب اللجنة بالتدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف ﻹدخال تعليم الاتفاقية في المناهج التعليمية المدرسية وإنشاء برامج التعليم بلغتين ﻷطفال السكان اﻷصليين.

274. The Committee welcomes the measures taken by the State party to include the teaching of the Convention in the school curricula and for the establishment of bilingual education programmes for indigenous children.
274- وترحب اللجنة بالتدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف لإدخال تعليم الاتفاقية في المناهج التعليمية المدرسية ولإنشاء برامج التعليم بلغتين لأطفال السكان الأصليين.

In view of the recent adoption by the General Assembly of resolution 49/184 proclaiming the United Nations Decade for Human Rights Education, the Committee encourages the State party to consider using this opportunity to promote the incorporation of education about the Convention in school curricula.
٤٦٢ - ونظرا لقيام الجمعية العامة مؤخرا باعتماد القرار ٩٤/٤٨١ بشأن إعلان عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للتثقيف في مجال حقوق الانسان، فإن اللجنة تشجع الدولة الطرف على النظر في الاستفادة من هذه الفرصة لتشجيع إدراج التوعية بشأن الاتفاقية في المناهج التعليمية المدرسية.

(5) Measures have been taken to incorporate the right to sexual and reproductive health education into school curricula.
(5) اتُخذت تدابير لتضمين المناهج التعليمية المدرسية التوعية بالحقوق الصحية الجنسية والإنجابية.

198. ٨٩١- ونظرا لقيام الجمعية العامة مؤخراً باعتماد القرار ٩٤/٤٨١ بشأن إعلان عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للتثقيف في مجال حقوق الانسان، فإن اللجنة تشجع الدولة الطرف على النظر في الاستفادة من هذه الفرصة لتشجيع إدراج التثقيف باتفاقية حقوق الطفل في المناهج التعليمية المدرسية.
