١٥- وذكر المراقب من سويسرا أن بعض أشكال التنظيم الحكومي كالتنظيمات الاتحادية واﻹقليمية يمكن أن تسهم بفعالية في التوفيق ما بين اﻷقليات، وبينها وبين الحكومات وفي تعزيز حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى اﻷقليات.

184. The observer for Synergies Africa recommended that the Working Group should increase its collaboration and cooperation with journalists' organizations such as Reporters without Borders and agencies such as UNESCO in order to elaborate a training module for journalists on the promotion and protection of the rights of persons belonging to minorities.
٤٨١- وأوصى المراقب عن التآزر اﻷفريقي بأن يزيد الفريق تعاونه مع منظمات الصحفيين مثل " المراسلون بلا حدود " ومع الوكالات مثل " اليونسكو " سعياً الى وضع مجموعة مواد تدريبية للصحفيين عن تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى اﻷقليات.

64. The observer for UNESCO mentioned that his organization was currently gathering material on national legislation and policies concerning the protection of the rights of persons belonging to minorities with a view to identifying the status of the protection afforded to minorities at the national and local levels.
٤٦- وذكر المراقب من اليونسكو أن منظمته تتولى اﻵن تجميع المواد عن التشريعات والسياسات المتعلقة بحماية حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى اﻷقليات بهدف تحديد حالة الحماية المتاحة لﻷقليات على المستويات الوطنية والمحلية.
