It will be an important and welcome series of achievements when we begin negotiating, then conclude and finally bring into force a treaty banning the production of fissile material for use in nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices in accordance with the report of the Special Coordinator of 1995, CD/1299, and the mandate contained therein.
وإننا سنحقق سلسة مهمة ومحبذة من الإنجازات عندما نبدأ مفاوضات بشأن معاهدة لحظر إنتاج المواد الانشطارية المستخدمة في صنع الأسلحة النووية أو الأجهزة المتفجرة النووية الأخرى، ثم نختتم هذه المفاوضات ونضع في نهاية المطاف المعاهدة موضع التنفيذ، وفقاً لتقرير المنسق الخاص الصادر في عام 1995، الوثيقة CD/1299، والولاية الواردة فيه.

ضرورة إجراء مفاوضات في مؤتمر نزع السلاح بشأن وضع معاهدة غير تمييزية متعددة الأطراف يمكن التحقق من تنفيذها دوليا وعلى نحو فعال، لحظر إنتاج المواد الانشطارية اللازمة لإنتاج الأسلحة النووية أو الأجهزة المتفجرة النووية الأخرى، وفقا لبيان المنسق الخاص الصادر في عام 1995 والولاية الواردة فيه، مع مراعاة أهداف كل من نزع السلاح النووي وعدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية.

“Welcoming further the decision of the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva to establish an ad hoc committee which shall negotiate on the basis of the report of the Special Coordinator in 1995 and the mandate contained therein, a non-discriminatory, multilateral and internationally and effectively verifiable treaty banning the production of fissile material for nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices,
" وإذ ترحب كذلك بالقرار الذي اتخذه مؤتمر نزع السلاح في جنيف والذي يقضي بإنشاء لجنة مخصصة تقوم، على أساس تقرير المنسق الخاص الصادر لعام ١٩٩٥ والولاية الواردة فيه، تتولى مهمة التفاوض بشأن معاهدة غير تمييزية ومتعددة اﻷطراف، ويمكن التحقق منها دوليا وبصورة فعالة لحظر إنتاج المواد الانشطارية ﻷغراض إنتاج اﻷسلحة النووية أو غيرها من اﻷجهزة المتفجرة النووية،

:: Action 17: All States agree that the Conference on Disarmament should, within the context of an agreed, comprehensive and balanced programme of work, immediately begin negotiation of a treaty banning the production of fissile material for use in nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices in accordance with the report of the Special Coordinator of 1995 (CD/1299) and the mandate contained therein.
:: الإجراء 17: تتفق الدول كافة على ضرورة أن يشرع مؤتمر نزع السلاح على الفور، وفي سياق برنامج عمل شامل ومتوازن يتم الاتفاق عليه، في إجراء مفاوضات بشأن إبرام معاهدة تحظر إنتاج المواد الانشطارية المستخدمة في الأسلحة النووية أو غيرها من أجهزة التفجير النووية، وذلك وفقا لتقرير المنسق الخاص الصادر في عام 1995 (CD/1299) والولاية المتضمنة فيه.
