22 - تكرر طلبها أن يعمل الأمين العام، بالتعاون مع المنظمات والشركاء ذوي الصلة، على إكمال إنشاء دليل التكنولوجيات المتقدمة للتصدي لحالات الكوارث واستكماله بصورة دورية، بوصفه جزءا جديدا من السجل المركزي لقدرات إدارة الكوارث(1)؛

(f) Encourage Member States to support UNODC, together with relevant organizations and partners, in conducting a comprehensive study on the problem of cybercrime and in developing an action plan for technical assistance and sustainable capacity-building at the international level to counter cybercrime;

41. Likewise, in view of its experience and its mandate with respect to mangroves, the secretariat of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands is requested to coordinate the efforts of the various organizations and partners to support the Governments of the region in refining and implementing the regional strategies for the conservation and sustainable management of mangrove forests in Latin America and the Wider Caribbean.
41 - كما أنه وبالنظر إلى ما لأمانة اتفاقية رامسار المتعلقة بالأراضي الرطبة من خبرة في مجال المانغروف ولكونها الهيئة المفوضة في هذا الصدد، فإنه يطلب إليها أن تقوم بتنسيق الجهود التي تبذلها مختلف المنظمات والشركاء لدعم حكومات المنطقة في صقل وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات الإقليمية لحفظ المانغروف وإدارته بصورة مستدامة في أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي الكبرى.
