5. Invites intergovernmental organizations and entities that have observer status with the General Assembly, relevant entities of the United Nations system and non-governmental organizations in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council to be represented at the commemorative event;
5 - تدعو المنظمات والكيانات الحكومية الدولية التي لها مركز مراقب لدى الجمعية العامة وكيانات منظومة الأمم المتحدة المعنية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ذات المركز الاستشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي إلى إيفاد ممثلين إلى الاحتفال؛

12. Invites heads of the United Nations funds and programmes, the specialized agencies and regional commissions, as well as heads of intergovernmental organizations and entities having observer status in the General Assembly, to participate, as appropriate, in the review, in accordance with the rules and procedures as established by the General Assembly;
12 - تدعو رؤساء صناديق وبرامج الأمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة واللجان الإقليمية، وكذلك رؤساء المنظمات والكيانات الحكومية الدولية التي لها مركز المراقب لدى الجمعية العامة، إلى الاشتراك في الاستعراض، حسب الاقتضاء، وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التي حددتها الجمعية العامة؛

12. Invites heads of the United Nations funds and programmes, the specialized agencies and regional commissions, as well as heads of intergovernmental organizations and entities having observer status in the General Assembly, to participate, as appropriate, in the review, in accordance with the rules and procedures as established by the General Assembly;
12 - تدعو رؤساء صناديق وبرامج الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة ولجانها الإقليمية، وكذلك رؤساء المنظمات والكيانات الحكومية الدولية التي لها مركز المراقب لدى الجمعية العامة، إلى الاشتراك في الاستعراض، حسب الاقتضاء، وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التي حددتها الجمعية العامة؛

19. Ms. Marcaillou (Secretary of the Committee) informed the Committee that the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict and the United Nations Development Programme should be added to the list of intergovernmental organizations and entities which participated as observers at the first session of the Preparatory Committee.
19 - السيدة ماركايو (أمينة اللجنة): أبلغت اللجنة بأنه ينبغي إضافة الممثل الخاص للأمين العام لشؤون الأطفال في الصراعات المسلحة وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي لقائمة المنظمات والكيانات الحكومية الدولية التي شاركت في الدورة الأولى للجنة التحضيرية بصفة مراقب.

(b) Invites heads of the United Nations funds and programmes, the specialized agencies and regional commissions, as well as heads of intergovernmental organizations and entities having observer status in the General Assembly, as well as the biodiversity-related multilateral environmental agreements, to participate, as appropriate, in the meeting, in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the General Assembly;
(ب) تدعو رؤساء صناديق الأمم المتحدة وبرامجها والوكالات المتخصصة واللجان الإقليمية، وكذلك رؤساء المنظمات والكيانات الحكومية الدولية التي لها مركز المراقب في الجمعية العامة، فضلا عن الاتفاقات البيئية المتعددة الأطراف المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي، إلى المشاركة في الاجتماع، حسب الاقتضاء، وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التي تحددها الجمعية العامة؛
