(a) The revised and updated version of the Department's publication entitled The Question of Palestine and the United Nations, contains extensive references to the reports of the Special Committee, including sections dealing with questions of human rights, settlements and refugees.

عندما يتم استعراض واستكمال خطة التنفيذ الوطنية لكي تتمشى مع تغييرات طرأت على التزامات الطرف التي يفرضها البروتوكول ونتجت عن تعديلات أُدخلت على الاتفاقية أو مرفقاتها، ينبغي على الطرف المعني أن يحيل إلى مؤتمر الأطراف خطة التنفيذ الوطنية المنقحة والمستكملة خاصته في غضون عامين من تاريخ دخول هذه التعديلات حيز النفاذ لدى هذا الطرف.

(e) To advise the Statistics Division to submit the revised and updated recommendations to the ad hoc United Nations Expert Group on Energy Statistics for evaluation; the Expert Group will have a mandate to review and endorse the draft recommendations prior to their submission to the Commission.
(هـ) أن تسدي المشورة إلى الشعبة الإحصائية بأن تقدم التوصيات المنقحة والمستكملة إلى فريق خبراء الأمم المتحدة المخصص لإحصاءات الطاقة لتقييمها؛ وستكون لفريق الخبراء ولاية لاستعراض واعتماد مشروع التوصيات قبل تقديمه إلى اللجنة.

As at 31 January 2013, the following 12 parties transmitted their revised and updated national implementation plans addressing the amendments to the Convention adopted in 2009 and 2011: Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland.
7 - وبحلول 31 كانون الثاني/يناير 2013، قدمت الأطراف الاثنتي عشرة التالية خطط التنفيذ الوطنية المنقحة والمستكملة الخاصة بها التي تعالج التعديلات المدخلة على الاتفاقية والتي اعتمدت في عامي 2009 و2011، وهي: النمسا، بلغاريا، الدانمرك، فنلندا، فرنسا، ألمانيا، اليابان، هولندا، النرويج، رومانيا، السويد وسويسرا.
