In pursuance of the tasks referred to in Article 4 of the present Decree, the Committee shall cooperate with the competent military and civilian authorities, organizations and individuals.

يرحب بتعيين برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة للقيام بوظائف اﻷمانة للاتفاقية المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي ويلاحظ أنه يضمن استقلالية اﻷمانة في تصريف المهام المشار إليها في المادة ٢٤ من الاتفاقية.

(e) To provide to the Council, through the Committee, a midterm report and a final report covering all the tasks set out above;
(هـ) أن يقدم للمجلس، من خلال اللجنة، تقريرا نصفيا وتقريرا نهائيا يشمل جميع المهام المشار إليها أعلاه؛

(c) Flexible implementation of all three phases to ensure effective use of available resources to accomplish the tasks listed in paragraphs 4 (a) and (b) below;

23- وبالإضافة إلى المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة 22 أعلاه، تنظر أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض، عند إجراء استعراضات داخل البلدان، في " التتبع الورقي " لقوائم الجرد بدءاً من جمع البيانات وحتى الإبلاغ عن تقديرات الانبعاثات وتنظر في الإجراءات والترتيبات المؤسسية لوضع وإدارة قوائم الجرد، بما في ذلك إجراءات حفظ السجلات والوثائق.

It will also be invited to advance work on these issues with a view to accomplishing the tasks referred to in paragraph (a) and (b) above.
كما يُدعى إلى مواصلة العمل المتعلق بهذه المسائل بغية انجاز المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة 15(أ) و(ب) أعلاه.

34. Decides that in reporting to the Council for the purposes of paragraph 33 above, the Executive Chairman of UNMOVIC will include as a basis for his assessment the progress made in completing the tasks referred to in paragraph 7 above;

32. Decides that the Lessons Learned Unit within the Department of Peacekeeping Operations may provide, upon request from Member States, advice on lessons learned from the tasks referred to in paragraph 3.19 (b) of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1998-1999;2
٣٢ - تقرر أنه بإمكان وحدة الدروس المستفادة داخل إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام أن تقدم، بطلب من الدول اﻷعضاء، المشورة بشأن الدروس المستفادة من المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة ٣-١٩ )ب( من الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٨-١٩٩٩)٢(؛

19- الإجراء: يُدعى الفريق العامل المخصص إلى النظر في المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرة 18 أعلاه ومواصلة العمل المتعلق بهذه المسائل بغية انجاز المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة 15(أ) و(ب) أعلاه.

Action: The AWG-KP will be invited to adopt conclusions on potential consequences and to agree on further work with a view to accomplishing the tasks referred to in paragraph (a) and (b) above.
27- الإجراء: يُدعى الفريق العامل المخصص إلى اعتماد استنتاجات بشأن الآثار المحتملة والموافقة على مواصلة العمل بغية استكمال المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة 15(أ) و(ب) أعلاه.

Action: The AWG-KP will be invited to advance work on these issues with a view to accomplishing the tasks referred to in paragraph (a) and (b) above.
29- الإجراء: يُدعى الفريق العامل المخصص إلى مواصلة العمل المتعلق بهذه المسائل بغية انجاز المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة 15(أ) و(ب) أعلاه.

3. Authorizes the Secretary-General to redeploy before 30 June 1995 all UNPROFOR personnel and assets from the Republic of Croatia with the exception of those whose continued presence in the Republic of Croatia is required for UNCRO or for the functions referred to in paragraphs 4 and 5 below;
٣ - يأذن لﻷمين العام بأن ينقل قبل ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥ جميع أفراد قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية وموجوداتها من جمهورية كرواتيا باستثناء من يلزم استمرار وجودهم في جمهورية كرواتيا من أجل عملية أنكرو أو من أجل المهام المشار إليها في الفقرتين ٤ و ٥ أدناه؛

Pursuant to article II, paragraph 1, of its terms of reference, it comprises representatives of the Government of Lebanon and the Government of the Netherlands, as well as representatives of States Members of the United Nations which are significant contributors to the Special Tribunal and are willing to assume the functions referred to in the terms of reference.

22- وبالإضافة إلى المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة 21 أعلاه، تنظر أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض، عند إجراء استعراضات داخل البلدان، في " التتبع الورقي " لقوائم الجرد بدءاً من جمع البيانات وحتى الإبلاغ عن تقديرات الانبعاثات وتنظر في الإجراءات والترتيبات المؤسسية لوضع وإدارة قوائم الجرد، بما في ذلك مراقبة الجودة والتحقق منها وإجراءات حفظ السجلات والوثائق.

The purchase of radio equipment should be standardized; the functions described should be provided through redeployment and training.
وينبغي توحيد شراء معدات اللاسلكي؛ وينبغي توفير المهام المشار إليها عن طريق نقل الموظفين وتدريبهم.

14. The implementing agency shall establish an internal organizational structure (e.g. a committee) to review and make decisions on extending loans to individual applicants in a systematic and consistent manner, maintaining integrity, as a part of performing the function referred to in paragraph 10 (b) above.
14- تنشئ الوكالة المشرفة على التنفيذ هيكلاً تنظيمياً داخلياً (لجنة مثلاً) يتولى استعراض طلبات القروض والبت فيها بطريقة منهجية ومتسقة، مع الحفاظ على النزاهة، كجزء من أداء المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة 10(ب) أعلاه.

(o) Provide in the short term basic training, including in the area of human rights, international humanitarian law, child protection and the prevention of gender-based violence, to various members and units of the FARDC integrated brigades deployed in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo with a view to enhancing their capacity to carry out the missions referred to in subparagraph (l) above;
(س) توفير التدريب الأساسي، على المدى القصير، في مجالات شتى من بينها حقوق الإنسان، والقانون الإنساني الدولي، وحماية الأطفال، ومنع العنف الجنساني، لمختلف عناصر ووحدات الكتائب المدمجة التابعة للقوات المسلحة لجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية الموجودة في الجزء الشرقي منها تحسينا لقدرتها على تنفيذ المهام المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية (1) أعلاه؛

The President of the Conference, in addition to the duties described elsewhere in these rules, shall be the Chairman of the Negotiating Group.
يتولى رئيس المؤتمر رئاسة فريق التفاوض إضافة إلى توليه المهام المشار إليها في موضع آخر من هذا النظام.
