وقد تشمل هذه التدابير إمكانية اتخاذ الإجراءات المتاحة بموجب المادة 4 مثل ضمان وقف الإمدادات من المواد الخاضعة للرقابة بالمرفق هاء (بروميد الميثيل) (موضوع عدم الامتثال) بحيث لا تساهم الأطراف المصدرة في استمرار وضع عدم الامتثال.

The Parties at their Fifteenth Meeting adopted decision XV/49, which requested the Council of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) to consider, on an exceptional basis, project proposals from South Africa on phasing out the controlled substance in Annex E for funding as per the conditions and eligibility criteria applicable to all countries eligible for such assistance under the Facility.
121- إعتمد الأطراف في اجتماعهم الخامس عشر المقرر 15/49، الذي يطلب من مجلس مرفق البيئة العالمية (GEF) أن يبحث، بصفة إستثنائية، مقترحات المشروع المقدم من جنوب أفريقيا بشأن التخلص التدريجي من المواد الخاضعة للرقابة بالمرفق هاء من أجل التمويل حسب ظروف ومعايير الأهلية المطبقة على جميع البلدان المؤهلة لتلقي مثل هذه المساعدة من المرفق.

To note further that Armenia has reported annual consumption for the controlled substance in Annex E (methyl bromide) for 2004 of 1.020 ODP-tonnes, which exceeds the Party's maximum allowable consumption level of zero ODP-tonnes for that controlled substance for that year, and that Armenia is therefore in noncompliance with the control measures for methyl bromide under the Protocol;
2 - أن يشير كذلك إلى أن أرمينيا قد أبلغت عن استهلاك سنوي من المواد الخاضعة للرقابة بالمرفق هاء (بروميد الميثيل) لعام 2004 مقداره 020,1 طن بدالات استنفاد الأوزون، وهـو ما يتجاوز الحد الأقصى لمستوى الاستهلاك المسموح به للطرف والبالغ صفر طن بدالات استنفاد الأوزون من تلك المواد الخاضعة للرقابة لذلك العام، وأن أرمينيا تعتبر لذلك في حالة عدم امتثال لتدابير الرقابة بموجب البروتوكول؛
