6. The Convention establishes a general obligation on all States to cooperate in the conservation and management of the living resources of the high seas.
٦ - تفرض الاتفاقية واجبا عاما على كافة الدول هو أن تتعاون في حفظ الموارد الحية في أعالي البحار وادارتها.

This obligation of cooperation is also inherent in the obligations under article 119 of determining the allowable catch and taking other measures for the conservation and management of the living resources of the high seas.
