Article 29: " All citizens are equal before the law.
- المادة 29: " كل المواطنين سواسية أمام القانون.

It also states that citizens are equal before the law and public authorities, without any privilege or discrimination.
وتنص أيضاً على أن المواطنين سواسية أمام القانون والسلطات العامة، دونما أي امتياز أو تمييز.

As for the paragraph 1 of this article, all citizens are equal before the law, without discrimination, as previously stated.

112. The equality of citizens is first and foremost guaranteed by the Constitution, article 29 of which states that: " All citizens are equal before the law.
112- فالمساواة بين المواطنين تكفلها قبل كل شيء أحكام الدستور الذي ينص في المادة 29 منه أن " كلّ المواطنين سواسية أمام القانون.

Section 147 provides that every citizen shall be equal before the law without discrimination of his nationality, status, rank, poverty or wealth, culture, native, religion, man or woman;

524. In that connection, article 29 of the Constitution stipulated that " [a]ll citizens are equal before the law.

The Constitution also declares that all citizens are equal before the law, and that the rights of foreign nationals are governed by treaties or, in absence of such treaties, by the principle of reciprocity.

This principle is reflected in the Canadian Multiculturalism Act, proclaimed in 1988, which sets out the Government of Canada's multiculturalism policy and underlines that all citizens are equal and have the freedom to preserve, enhance, and share their cultural heritage.

27. Article 8 of the Constitution of 20 January 2002 states: " All citizens are equal before the law.
27- تنص المادة 8 من دستور 20 كانون الثاني/يناير 2002 على أن " جميع المواطنين سواسية أمام القانون.

In particular, article 29 of the Constitution provides that all citizens are equal before the law and proscribes all forms of discrimination on the grounds of birth, race, sex, opinion or any other personal or social status or circumstances.
فالمادة 29 تنص على وجه الخصوص على أن المواطنين سواسية أمام القانون، وأنه لا يمكن أن يُتذرّع بأي تمييز يعود سببه إلى المولد، أو العرق، أو الجنس، أو الرأي، أو أي شرط أو ظرف آخر، شخصي أو اجتماعي.

16. The Constitution also makes it clear (Article 6) that " paragraph 1: All persons are born free and equal in dignity and rights; paragraph 2: All citizens shall be equal before the law.
16- وينص الدستور بوضوح أيضاً (الفقرة 1 من المادة 6) على أن " جميع الأشخاص يولدون أحراراً ومتساوون في الكرامة والحقوق " ؛ كما ينص في الفقرة 2 من نفس المادة على أن " جميع المواطنين سواسية أمام القانون.

Section 22, subsection (a) provides that every citizen shall be equal before the law without discrimination of his nationality, religion, status, man or woman;
