(v) Also in granting the request, the Meeting noted that the commitments made in Chad's 2010-2012 work plan would greatly assist Chad and all States Parties in assessing progress in implementation during the extension period.
وأشار الاجتماع عند الموافقة على طلب التمديد إلى أن من شأن الالتزامات الواردة في خطة عمل تشاد للفترة 2010-2012 أن تساعد كثيرا تشاد وجميع الدول الأطراف في تقييم التقدم في التنفيذ خلال فترة التمديد.

(iv) Also in granting the request, the Meeting noted that while it may be unfortunate that after almost twelve years since entry into force a State Party is unable to specify how much work remains and how it will be carried out, it is positive that Chad intends to renew efforts to garner an understanding of the true remaining extent of the challenge and develop plans accordingly.
ولاحظ الاجتماع كذلك عند الموافقة على طلب التمديد أن من المؤسف ألاَّ تتمكن دولة طرف، بعد مرور قرابة اثنتي عشرة سنة على دخول الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ، من تحديد حجم الأعمال التي ما زال ينبغي إنجازها وكيفية إنجاز تلك الأعمال، بيد أن من الإيجابي أن تكون تشاد عازمة على مواصلة جهودها لإدراك حجم التحدي الحقيقي المتبقي ووضع الخطط تبعاً لذلك.

(viii) Also in granting the request, the Meeting noted that, after almost ten years since entry into force, Colombia does not have the information in place to report in a more precise manner on the location of areas known or suspected to contain anti-personnel mines and hence to develop an implementation plan based on concrete information.
ولاحظ الاجتماع أيضا عند الموافقة على طلب التمديد أن من المؤسف، بعد مضي ما يناهز عشرة أعوام على بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية، ألا تتوفر لدى كولومبيا المعلومات اللازمة للإبلاغ على نحو أدق عن موقع المناطق التي يُعرف أنها تحتوي على ألغام مضادة للأفراد أو يشتبه باحتوائها عليها، ليتسنى لها من ثم أن تضع خطة للتنفيذ بناء على معلومات ملموسة.

Since the request was granted in 2009, Tajikistan reported in 2009 the completion of re-survey operation in the Tajikistan-Afghanistan border and Central Region.
