31 - وأفادت تقارير لوسائط الإعلام بأن قانون هيئة المواني الجوية والبحرية (2009) الذي أصدره مجلس النواب في 13 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009، يمكّن حكومة الإقليم من التجرد من مهمة تشغيل وإدارة الموانئ التجارية لأنغيلا وإنشاء كيان شبه مستقل يتولى تشغيل الموانئ في أنغيلا وصيانتها وتنميتها.

(ي) أن تكفل قيام أجهزة إنفاذ قوانين المخدرات بدعم عمليات الموانئ التجارية بما يكفي من الموارد والمعدّات والتدريب والصلاحيات القانونية، لكي تتمكّن من فرز الشحنات التجارية وحاويات الشحن البحري وتقييمها وفحصها، وأن تكفل أيضا تقديم الهيئات الدولية المعنية مساعدات تقنية إلى الدول التي تطلب مساعدة في هذا الخصوص.
