Staff members appointed under these Rules who are unable to perform their duties by reason of illness or injury or whose attendance is prevented by public health requirements will be granted sick leave in accordance with the following provisions:
يُمنح الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام الذين لا يستطيعون القيام بواجباتهم بسبب المرض أو الإصابة أو الذين تمنعهم مقتضيات الصحة العامة من الحضور إلى العمل إجازة مرضية وفقا للأحكام التالية:

Staff members appointed under these Rules who are unable to perform their duties by reason of illness or injury or whose attendance is prevented by public health requirements will be granted sick leave in accordance with the following provisions:
يمنح الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام الذين لا يستطيعون القيام بواجباتهم بسبب المرض أو الإصابة أو الذين تمنعهم مقتضيات الصحة العامة من الحضور إلى العمل إجازة مرضية وفقا للأحكام التالية:

(b) Staff members appointed under these Rules who have been recruited outside the country of the duty station shall be regarded as non-local recruits.
(ب) الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام الإداري للموظفين الذين يكونون قد وظفوا من خارج بلد مركز العمل يعتبرون معينين على أساس غير محلي.

(b) Staff members appointed under these Rules who have been recruited outside the country of the duty station shall be regarded as nonlocal recruits.
(ب) الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام الإداري للموظفين الذين يكونون قد وظفوا من خارج بلد مركز العمل يعتبرون معينين على أساس غير محلي.

(a) Staff members appointed under these Rules shall be responsible for supplying the Secretary-General with whatever information may be required for the purpose of determining their status under the Staff Regulations and Staff Rules or of completing administrative arrangements in connection with their appointments.
(أ) يكون الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام مسؤولين عن موافاة الأمين العام بأية معلومات قد تطلب منهم لغرض تحديد مركزهم طبقا للنظام الأساسي للموظفين والنظام الإداري للموظفين أو لاستكمال الترتيبات الإدارية المتعلقة بتعيينهم.

(b) Staff members appointed under these Rules who have been recruited outside the country of the duty station shall be regarded as non-local recruits. They shall be eligible for the salary rate applicable to non-local recruits and for payment of travel expenses upon appointment and separation, in accordance with these Rules.
(ب) الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام الإداري للموظفين الذين يكونون قد وظفوا من خارج بلد مركز العمل يعتبرون معينين على أساس غير محلي ويستحق هؤلاء الموظفون الحصول على معدلات المرتبات المنطبقة على المعينين على أساس غير محلي والحصول على مصاريف السفر عند بداية التعيين وعند انتهاء الخدمة، وفقا لهذا النظام.
