Detailed questionnaires were sent to the administrative focal points for multilingualism of the participating organizations of the United Nations system as well as to other relevant stakeholders, such as language-staff associations and other international organizations with relevant multilingual dimensions.
وتم إرسال استبيانات مفصلة إلى المنسقين الإداريين المعنيين بتعدد اللغات والتابعين للمؤسسات المشاركة التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة وكذلك إلى باقي أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين من جمعيات الموظفين اللغويين وسائر المنظمات الدولية التي تتعاطى مع مسائل تعدد اللغات.

Encouraging language staff to continue to enhance their professional skills through targeted learning, together with a proactive outreach programme, remain the main succession-planning tools.
ويظل تشجيع الموظفين اللغويين على مواصلة تحسين مهاراتهم المهنية من خلال التعلم الموجّه، مع اتباع برنامج استباقي للاتصال، من الأدوات الرئيسية لتخطيط تعاقب الموظفين.

In some organizations, more than 50 per cent of the language staff in these services will be retiring over the next five years.
