(a) Amending the general prohibition for cases of therapeutic abortion and pregnancy resulting from rape and incest and provide free health coverage in cases of rape;
(أ) تعديل الحظر العام للإجهاض بغية إجازة هذه العملية في حالة الحمل الناجم عن الاغتصاب أو سفاح المحارم، وتقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية المجانية لضحايا الاغتصاب؛

(a) Urgently review its legislation on abortion and provide for additional exceptions in cases of pregnancy resulting from rape or incest and when the pregnancy poses a risk to the health of women.
(أ) إعادة النظر على وجه السرعة في تشريعاتها بشأن الإجهاض وإدراج استثناءات إضافية في حالات الحمل الناجم عن الاغتصاب أو سفاح المحارم أو عندما يشكل الحمل خطراً على صحة المرأة.

It asked whether steps were being taken to decriminalize abortion in cases of pregnancy resulting from rape or sexual abuse.
77- وسألت فنلندا عن التدابير التي اعتمدت للتصدي لأوجه التفاوت في وفيات الأمومة بسبب عدم استطاعة المرأة في المجتمعات المحلية الفقيرة والمهمَّشة الوصول إلى خدمات الصحة الجنسية والإنجابية، وعما إذا تمّ اتخاذ خطوات لمنع تجريم الإجهاض في حالات الحمل الناجم عن الاغتصاب أو الاعتداء الجنسي.

(ب) مراجعة تشريعها المتعلق بالإجهاض وإدراج استثناءات إضافية به، مثل السماح بالإجهاض في حالات الحمل الناجم عن الاغتصاب أو سفاح المحارم، أو عندما يشكل الحمل خطراً على صحة المراهقة، أو عندما يكون الإجهاض محققاً للمصلحة الفُضلى للمراهقة الحامل لمنعها من اللجوء إلى الإجهاض غير المأمون.
