19- وما زال من الملائم في كمبوديا مراعاة الحاجة إلى محامين من ذوي الكفاءة لتمكين الناس في كمبوديا من الوصول إلى العدالة إلى جانب الاضطلاع بالأدوار المتعددة التي يُمكن لنقابة محامين أن تقوم بها في تعزيز النظام القضائي.

Recognizing that the tragic history of Cambodia requires special measures to assure the protection of the human rights of all people in Cambodia and the non-return to the policies and practices of the past, as stipulated in the Agreement signed in Paris on 23 October 1991,
وإذ تعترف بأن التاريخ المأساوي لكمبوديا يتطلب اتخاذ تدابير خاصة لضمان حماية حقوق اﻹنسان لجميع الناس في كمبوديا وعدم العودة إلى سياسات الماضي وممارساته، على النحو المنصوص عليه في الاتفاق الموقع في باريس في ٢٣ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩١،

The office in Cambodia continued to be guided by Commission on Human Rights resolution 2005/77, which invited the SecretaryGeneral, agencies of the United Nations system present in Cambodia and nongovernmental organizations to continue to assist the Government in ensuring the protection and promotion of human rights of all people in Cambodia.
3- ولا يزال مكتب المفوضية في كمبوديا يسترشد بقرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 2005/77 الذي دعا الأمين العام ووكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة الموجودة في كمبوديا والمنظمات غير الحكومية إلى الاستمرار في مساندة الحكومة لضمان حماية حقوق الإنسان وتعزيزها لجميع الناس في كمبوديا.

6. Invites the Secretary-General, agencies of the United Nations system present in Cambodia and the international community, including non-governmental organizations, to continue to work with the Government of Cambodia in improving democracy as well as ensuring the protection and promotion of the human rights of all people in Cambodia, including by providing assistance in, inter alia, the fields of:
6- يدعو الأمين العام ووكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة المتواجدة في كمبوديا والمجتمع الدولي، بما في ذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية، إلى مواصلة العمل مع حكومة كمبوديا من أجل تحسين الديمقراطية وضمان حماية وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان لصالح جميع الناس في كمبوديا بوسائل منها تقديم المساعدة في مجالات منها على سبيل المثال:

(g) Take all the necessary measures to guarantee access to justice for all the people of Cambodia, particularly the poor and the inhabitants of rural and remote areas of the country;
