It is true that, unlike what was said above with respect to arbitral proceedings, the parties to a dispute before the Tribunal do not have to share the financial burden relating to the functioning of the Tribunal, since expenses incurred by the Tribunal in dealing with cases submitted to it are financed by States parties.
فمن الصحيح أنه، بخلاف ما قيل أعلاه فيما يتعلق بإجراءات التحكيم، لا يتعين على أطراف النزاع المعروض على المحكمة أن تتقاسم العبء المالي المتعلق بعمل المحكمة، لأن النفقات التي تتكبدها المحكمة في تناول القضايا المرفوعة إليها تمول من قبل الدول الأطراف.
