At its thirty-seventh session, the Commission considered, as a priority theme under the rubric of development, " women in extreme poverty: integration of women's concerns in national development planning " .
ونظرت اللجنة في دورتها السابعة والثلاثين في موضوع " النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع: إدماج إهتمامات المرأة في التخطيط اﻹنمائي الوطني " كموضوع له أولوية تحت عنوان التنمية.

Expressing special concern about women living in extreme poverty in rural as well as in urban areas,
وإذ تعرب عن قلق خاص إزاء النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع في المناطق الريفية وفي المناطق الحضرية،

In 1993, " Development: women in extreme poverty: integration of women's concerns in national development planning " was one of its priority themes, and the Commission adopted resolution 37/8 9/ on that topic.
وفي عام ١٩٩٣، كان موضوع " التنمية: النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع: إدماج اهتمامات المرأة في تخطيط التنمية الوطنية " أحد المواضيع ذات اﻷولوية الذي تناولته اللجنة واتخذت بشأنه القرار ٣٧/٨)٩(.

1. Takes note of the report of the Secretary-General entitled " Women in extreme poverty: integration of women's concerns in national development planning " (E/CN.6/1993/3), in particular the conclusions and recommendations contained therein;
١ - تحيط علما بتقرير اﻷمين العام المعنون " النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع: إدماج اهتمامات المرأة في تخطيط التنمية الوطنية " (E/CN.6/1993/3)، ولا سيما الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الواردة فيه؛

" 1. Takes note of the report of the Secretary-General (E/CN.6/1993/3) on women in extreme poverty: integration of women's concerns in national development planning, in particular, the conclusions and recommendations contained therein;
" ١ - تحيط علما بتقرير اﻷمين العام (E/CN.6/1993/3) عن النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع: إدماج اهتمامات المرأة في تخطيط التنمية الوطنية، ولا سيما الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الواردة فيه؛

In resolution 37/8 (women in extreme poverty), the Commission made a series of detailed recommendations to governmental and other institutions on measures to alleviate the situation of women in extreme poverty.
وفي القرار ٣٧/٨ )النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع(، قدمت اللجنة مجموعة من التوصيات المفصلة الى الحكومات وسائر المؤسسات بشأن التدابير التي يجب اتخاذها للتخفيف من وطأة حالة النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع.

47. At the 13th meeting, on 25 March, the representative of Chile, on behalf of the States members of the United Nations that are members of the Group of 77, introduced a draft resolution (E/CN.6/1993/L.16) entitled " women in extreme poverty " .
٤٧ - في الجلسة ١٣، المعقودة في ٢٥ آذار/مارس، قام ممثل شيلي، باسم الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة التي هي أعضاء في مجموعة السبعة والسبعين، بعرض مشروع قرار (E/CN.6/1993/L.16) بعنوان " النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع " .

Conscious that the circumstances imposed upon women living in extreme poverty constitute one of the fundamental means by which poverty is transmitted from one generation to another,
وإذ تدرك أن الظروف المفروضة على النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع تشكل إحدى الوسائل الرئيسية لانتقال الفقر من جيل إلى جيل،

The growing number of women living in extreme poverty reflects the underlying structural problems faced by women in the midst of economic change.
وتعكس اﻷعداد المتزايدة من النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع المشاكل الهيكلية اﻷساسية التي تواجه المرأة في غمرة التغيير الاقتصادي.

5. In the present report, the international standards relevant to the eradication of extreme poverty, as well as States’ obligations, are reviewed, taking into account the obstacles encountered by women living in extreme poverty.
5- وفي هذا التقرير تُستعرض المعايير الدولية المتصلة باستئصال الفقر المدقع كما تستعرض التزامات الدول، مع مراعاة العقبات التي تواجهها النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع.

(c) Special attention should be given to the problems of women in situations of extreme poverty and of rural women, as concluded by the Summit on the Economic Advancement of Rural Women held at Geneva on 25 and 26 February 1992;
)ج( يجب إيلاء اهتمام خاص لمشاكل النساء اللائي يعشن في فقر مدقع والمرأة الريفية على النحو الذي انتهى اليه مؤتمر القمة المعني بالنهوض الاقتصادي بالمرأة الريفية، الذي عقد في جنيف يومي ٢٥ و ٢٦ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٢؛
