ويرِد تعريف للمرتب السنوي في الفقرة 2 من المادة 5 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية الساري على أعضاء المحكمة على نحو ما وافقت عليه الجمعية العامة في قرارها 38/239.

1. Decides to amend article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the members of the International Court of Justice and to replace that article with the provisions set out in annex I to the present resolution;
1 - تقرر تعديل المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدوليــــة والاستعاضـــة عن تلك المادة بالأحكام المبينـــة في المرفق الأول من هذا القرار؛

2. Also decides to amend article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and to replace that article with the provisions set out in annex II to the present resolution;
2 - تقرر أيضا تعديل المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والاستعاضة عن تلك المادة بالأحكام المبينة في المرفق الثاني من هذا القرار؛

28. In section VIII, paragraph 6, of its resolution 53/214, the Assembly approved Pension Scheme Regulations for the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
28 - وفي الفقرة 6 من الجزء الثامن من القرار 53/214، وافقت الجمعية العامة على النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية المستحقة لقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة وقضاة المحكمة الدولية لرواندا.

3. Further decides to amend article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the judges of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and to replace that article with the provisions set out in annex III to the present resolution.
3 - تقرر كذلك تعديل المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا والاستعاضة عن تلك المادة بالأحكام المبينة في المرفق الثالث من هذا القرار.

1. Decides to amend article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the members of the International Court of Justice and to replace that article with the provisions set out in annex I to the present resolution;
1 - تقرر تعديل المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدوليــــة والاستعاضـــة عن تلك المادة بالأحكام المبينـــة في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار؛

2. Also decides to amend article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and to replace that article with the provisions set out in annex II to the present resolution;
2 - تقرر أيضا تعديل المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والاستعاضة عن تلك المادة بالأحكام المبينة في المرفق الثاني لهذا القرار؛

3. Further decides to amend article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the judges of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and to replace that article with the provisions set out in annex III to the present resolution.
3 - تقرر كذلك تعديل المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا والاستعاضة عن تلك المادة بالأحكام المبينة في المرفق الثالث لهذا القرار.

7. Requests the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea to make the necessary revisions to article 1, paragraph 2, of the Pension Scheme Regulations for members of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea;
7 - يطلب من المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار إجراء التنقيحات اللازمة على الفقرة 2 من المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار؛

The Assembly also decided to amend article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations of the judges of ICTY and the judges of ICTR, respectively.
وقررت الجمعية العامة أيضا تعديل المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة ومن النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا على التوالي.

He also reported that the Tribunal had revised article 1, paragraph 2, of the Pension Scheme Regulations for members of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in October 2009.
وذكر أيضا أن المحكمة نقحت في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009 الفقرة 2 من المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار.

Paragraph 5 of article 1 of the Pension Scheme Regulations of the judges of ICTR specifies that no retirement pension would be payable to a former judge who had been elected a member of ICJ or who had been elected or appointed a permanent judge of ICTY or who has been appointed to serve in ICTY or ICTR as an ad litem judge until he or she ceased to hold office or appointment.
وتشير الفقرة 5 من المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا بوضوح إلى أنه لا يُدفع أي معاش تقاعدي لقاض سابق انتُخب عضوا في محكمة العدل الدولية، أو انتخب أو عُيّن قاضيا دائما في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة، أو عُيّن للخدمة في المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة أو المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا كقاض مخصص، إلى أن تنتهي مدة خدمته أو تعيينه.

10. With regard to the pension benefits of the judges of the Tribunals, it has been recalled that the General Assembly, in section VIII, paragraph 6, of its resolution 53/214, approved the Pension Scheme Regulations for the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, respectively.
10 - فيما يتعلق بالمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمتين، أشير إلى أن الجمعية العامة أقرّت، في الفقرة 6 من الجزء ثامنا من قرارها 53/214، توصيات اللجنة الاستشارية بشأن النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة وقضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا على التوالي.

5. Requests the Secretary-General to make the necessary revisions to article 1, paragraph 2, of the Pension Scheme Regulations for the members of the International Court of Justice and for the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, accordingly;
5 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يُدخل، بناء على ذلك، التنقيحات الضرورية على الفقرة 2 من المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية، لقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة وقضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا؛
