IV. Implementation of the revised Financial Regulations
رابعا - تنفيذ النظام المالي المنقح

30. Should the Executive Board wish to approve the revised Financial Regulations, the Administrator will subsequently issue proposed revised financial rules in accordance with regulation 2.02.
30 - إذا رأى المجلس التنفيذي أن يوافق على النظام المالي المنقح، فسوف يقوم مدير البرنامج بعد ذلك، بإصدار النظام المالي المنقح المقترح وفقا للبند 2-2.

Addendum 2 to this report contains summary financial information on all trust funds established by the Administrator since 1981 under the authority granted to him in 1981 by regulation 5.1 of the revised Financial Regulations of the United Nations Development Programme.

The Assembly adopted the revised Financial Regulations of the United Nations, as set forth in the report of the Secretary-General (A/67/345, annex I), with the exception of regulation 4.19 and decided that the revised Financial Regulations would take effect as from 1 July 2013.
واعتمدت الجمعية العامة النظام المالي المنقح للأمم المتحدة بصيغته الواردة في تقرير الأمين العام (A/67/345، المرفق الأول)، فيما عدا البند 4-19، وقررت أن يبدأ نفاذ النظام المالي المنقح اعتبارا من 1 تموز/يوليه 2013.

However, it should be noted that the " best value for money " concept was incorporated in the new Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations (ST/SGB/2003/7) which were promulgated by the Secretary-General following the General Assembly's approval of the revised Financial Regulations at its fifty-seventh session.
على أنه ينبغي أن يلاحظ أن مفهوم " أفضل مردود من الأموال المنفقة " موجود بالإصدار الجديد من النظام المالي والقواعد المالية للأمم المتحدة (ST/SGB/2003/7) الذي أصدره الأمين العام بعد موافقة الجمعية العامة على النظام المالي المنقح في دورتها السابعة والخمسين.

In accordance with that resolution, the revised Financial Regulations shall take effect as from 1 July 2013, provided that, as a transitional measure, the regulations relating to the preparation and reporting of financial statements shall not be implemented for the regular budget, trust funds and reserves and special accounts, other than peacekeeping accounts, until 1 January 2014.
