18 - قررت الأطراف، في المقرر 17/13، تأجيل النظر في حالة امتثال الأطراف العاملة بمقتضى المادة 5 إذا كانت هذه الأطراف التي في حالة عدم امتثال واضح بأحكام الرقابة على رابع كلوريد الكربون تستطيع أن تقدم دليلاً على أن انحرافها كان نتيجة لاستخدام هذه المادة الكيميائية في الأغراض المختبرية والتحليلية.

Following the discussion, the President indicated that the Committee would recommend a draft decision to the Meeting of the Parties that would, among other things, defer consideration of the compliance status of Bangladesh with respect to control measures applicable to CFCs until 2010.

33 - قررت الأطراف في المقرر 17/13 أن ترجئ النظر في حالة امتثال الأطراف العاملة بموجب المادة 5 التي تكون في حالة انحراف ظاهر عن أحكام رقابة رابع كلوريد الكربون ولكنها تستطيع أن تقدم دليلاً على أن عدم امتثالها راجع إلى استخدم تلك المادة الكيميائية في الأغراض التحليلية والمختبرية.

Following its deliberations, the chair of the contact group introduced a revised draft decision, which had the primary effect of deferring until 2007 consideration of the compliance status of Article 5 Parties in relation to carbon tetrachloride where it could be shown that the substance had been used for laboratory and analytical uses.
162- قدم رئيس فريق الاتصال عقب مداولات الفريق، مشروع مقترح منقح ينطوي بصورة رئيسية على إرجاء النظر في حالة امتثال الأطراف العاملة بموجب المادة 5 فيما يتعلق برابع كلوريد الكربون إلى عام 2007، حينما يمكن تبيان أن المادة استخدمت في استخدامات مختبرية وتحليلية.

1 - ترجئ إلى عام 2010 النظر في حالة امتثال بنغلاديش فيما يتعلق بتدابير الرقابة المنطقية على مركّبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية، شريطة ألاّ يزيد ذلك الطرف مستوى استهلاكه من مركّبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية لأجهزة الاستنشاق بالجرعات المقنَّنة فوق الكمية المُبلَغ عنها في عام 2007.

At their twenty-seventh meeting, the Parties discussed the pending expiration of decision XVII/13, which had deferred consideration of the compliance status of Parties operating under Article 5 which were in apparent non-compliance with the control provision for carbon tetrachloride but could provide evidence that their non-compliance was due to the use of that chemical for laboratory and analytical purposes.
33- ناقشت الأطراف في اجتماعها السابع والعشرين الانتهاء الموشك لفعالية المقرر 17/13 الذي أرجأ النظر في حالة امتثال الأطراف العاملة بموجب المادة 5 التي كانت في حالة عدم امتثال ظاهر لأحكام رقابة رابع كلوريد الكربون ولكن كان بإمكانها تقديم دليل على أن عدم امتثالها راجع إلى استخدام تلك المادة الكيميائية في أغراض مختبرية وتحليلية.

In accordance with decision XVII/13 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties on the use of carbon tetrachloride for laboratory and analytical uses in Parties operating under Article 5, at its thirtyseventh meeting the Implementation Committee agreed to defer until 2007 consideration of the compliance status of Bolivia in relation to the Protocol's control measures for carbon tetrachloride.
49 - وبمقتضى المقرر 17/13 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف المعني باستخدام رابع كلوريد الكربون في أغراض الاستخدامات المختبرية والتحليلية لدى الأطراف العاملة بموجب المادة 5، اتّفقت لجنة التنفيذ في اجتماعها السابع والثلاثين على أن ترجئ لعام 2007 النظر في حالة امتثال بوليفيا للتدابير المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول بشأن استهلاك رابع كلوريد الكربون.

365- سجلت التوصية 37/37 موافقة لجنة التنفيذ في اجتماعها السابع والثلاثين على إرجاء النظر في حالة امتثال الإمارات العربية المتحدة في عام 2005 إلى الاجتماع الراهن في ضوء الوقت المحدود الذي أتيح للطرف للرد على طلب تفسير انحرافات ظاهرية في استهلاكه من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية ورابع كلوريد الكربون.
