4. In the case of IOM, the Commission recommended that the contractor be requested to provide a statement in the proper form indicating the actual and direct expenditures of the relevant accounting year, the appropriate certification thereof and additional information on the location of acquired photographic data.
4 - وفي حالة منظمة إنترأوشنميتال المشتركة، أوصت اللجنة بأن يُطلب من المتعاقد أن يقدم بيانا سليم الشكل يبين فيه النفقات الفعلية والمباشرة عن السنة المحاسبية ذات الصلة، مصدقا عليها حسب الأصول، ومعلومات إضافية عن موقع البيانات الفوتوغرافية التي تم الحصول عليها.

5. In the case of the Government of the Republic of Korea, the Commission recommended that the contractor be requested to provide a statement in the proper form indicating the actual and direct expenditures of the relevant accounting year as well as the appropriate certification thereof.
5 - وفي حالة حكومة جمهورية كوريا، أوصت اللجنة بأن يطلب من المتعاقد أن يقدم بيانا سليم الشكل يبين فيه النفقات الفعلية والمباشرة عن السنة المحاسبية ذات الصلة، مصدقا عليها حسب الأصول.

٩-١ يمسك المتعاقد مجموعة كاملة وصحيحة من الدفاتر والحسابات والسجلات المالية طبقا لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة دوليا وتتضمن هذه الدفاتر والحسابات والسجلات المالية معلومات تكشف عن كامل النفقات الفعلية والمباشرة المتعلقة بالاستكشاف وأي معلومات أخرى تيسر إجراء مراجعة فعلية لتلك النفقات.

6. Section 9 of annex 4 to the Regulations also requires that " such books and financial records shall include information which will fully disclose the actual and direct expenditures for exploration and such other information as will facilitate an effective audit of such expenditures " .
6 - يشترط البند 9 من المرفق 4 للنظام أيضا أن " تتضمن هذه الدفاتر والسجلات المالية معلومات تكشف عن كامل النفقات الفعلية والمباشرة المتعلقة بالاستكشاف وأي معلومات أخرى تيسر إجراء مراجعة فعلية لتلك النفقات " .

In particular, the Commission once again emphasized the need for reported expenditure to be properly itemized and to relate only to the actual and direct costs of exploration as established in section 10.2 (c) of annex 4 to the Regulations.
وبشكل خاص شددت اللجنة من جديد على ضرورة سرد النفقات المبلَّغ عنها بالتفصيل اللازم وعلى أن يشار فقط إلى النفقات الفعلية والمباشرة لعمليات الاستكشاف، وذلك على النحو المحدد في المادة 10-2 (ج) من المرفق 4 للنظام.
