44. The Prosecutor is also preparing a roster of potential staff for his office, to be recruited in the event of an arrest and subsequent trial of any or all of the three fugitives who are designated to be tried by the Mechanism.

First, three fugitives (Ngirabatware, Nzabonimana and Dominique Ntawukuriryayo), who had been at large at the time of budget preparation, were recently apprehended.
أولهما أن الهاربين الثلاثة (نغيرابَتوار ونزابونيمانا ونتاووكوريريايو) الذين كانوا طلقاء وقت إعداد الميزانية، قد قُبض عليهم مؤخرا.

Active consultations with the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) and Member States elsewhere have also assisted in narrowing the search for the three fugitives.

D. Activity of the Office of the Prosecutor 51. Pursuant to the arrest of three fugitives in the previous reporting period, the Office of the Prosecutor accelerated efforts to ensure the arrest of the remaining 13 fugitives, many of whom are in the conflict zones of the Great Lakes region.
51 - وعلى أثر إلقاء القبض على الهاربين الثلاثة في فترة الإبلاغ السابقة، عجل مكتب المدعي العام بتنفيذ جهوده من أجل كفالة القبض على الهاربين الـ 13 المتبقين، ويتواجد الكثير منهم في مناطق النزاع في منطقة البحيرات الكبرى.

6. Pursuant to Security Council resolution 1966 (2010), the responsibility of tracking the remaining International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda fugitives devolved to the Mechanism on 1 July 2012, with the arrest and prosecution of the three most wanted being a key priority of the Office of the Prosecutor of the Mechanism.
