٦١- تحث جميع أطراف النزاع على التعاون الكامل مع جهود السلم التي تبذلها الهيئة الحكومية الدولية المعنية بالجفاف والتنمية للتفاوض على التوصل إلى حل منصف للنزاع اﻷهلي وضمان احترام حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية للشعب السوداني، مما ييسر عودة اللاجئين والمشردين داخلياً إلى ديارهم؛

In this regard, the importance of the international community's input towards breaking the logjam in the IGADD peace initiative in the Sudan can hardly be underestimated.

26. In Sudan and Somalia, common issues affecting displaced populations and their reintegration and resettlement are being tackled through a subregional approach, in collaboration with regional institutions, such as the Intergovernmental Authority for Drought and Development.
