The CGE considered the draft report on the workshop on the exchange of views on possible elements to be considered in a future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties, and provided recommendations on the matter for consideration by the SBI at its thirty-fourth session.
27- نظر فريق الخبراء الاستشاري في مشروع تقرير حلقة العمل المتعلقة بتبادل الآراء بشأن العناصر التي يمكن النظر فيها في إطار تنقيح مقبل للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، كما قدم الفريق توصيات بشأن هذه المسألة كي تنظر فيها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين.

The workshop also took into account the initial list of recommendations made by the CGE based on its progress report to the SBI at its thirty-fourth session on common challenges, options and case studies/best practices available to countries and possible means of facilitating the development and long-term sustainability of processes for the preparation of national communications.
وأخذت حلقة العمل في الاعتبار أيضاً القائمة الأولية للتوصيات التي قدمها فريق الخبراء الاستشاري استنادا إلى تقريره المرحلي إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين بشأن التحديات المشتركة والخيارات ودراسات الحالات الإفرادية/أفضل الممارسات المتاحة للبلدان والسبل الممكنة لتيسير تطوير عمليات إعداد البلاغات الوطنية واستدامتها في الأجل الطويل().

Recalling the conclusions of the SBI at its thirty-fourth session in which the SBI recognized that there may be possible linkages between the IPoA and the work of the LEG, the group agreed to further explore ways of integrating the IPoA into its work in support of the LDCs by its next meeting.
وإذ يشير فريق الخبراء إلى الاستنتاجات التي توصلت إليها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين() والتي تسلِّم فيها باحتمال وجود أوجه ترابط بين برنامج عمل اسطنبول وأنشطة فريق الخبراء، فقد اتفق على مواصلة استكشاف سبل دمج برنامج عمل اسطنبول في أنشطته دعماً لأقل البلدان نمواً وذلك قبل اجتماعه المقبل.

(e) The CGE reiterated the recommendations contained in its progress report presented to the SBI at its thirty-fourth session, as appropriate, on the elements to be considered in a future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties, taking into account the difficulties encountered by non-Annex I Parties in the preparation of their most recent national communications.

Accordingly, the CGE, drawing from the report on its workshop on the exchange of views on possible elements to be considered in a future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties, formulated a set of recommendations for consideration by the SBI at its thirty-fourth session.
