Moreover, there was a third category of reactions to reservations covered by the definition contained in draft guideline 2.6.1, which consisted of a declaration by one party to a treaty stating that it had doubts regarding the admissibility (or validity) of a reservation owing to the lack of clarity of the reservation, a problem addressed in draft guideline 3.1.7.
