The Argentine delegation referred to the concern of the Argentine Government about the situation created by the British decision with respect to the area described in the annex to the joint statement of 28 November 1990 and in the area to the west of it.
" ٧ - وأشار الوفد اﻷرجنتيني الى قلق حكومته بشأن الحالة التي نشأت بسبب القرار البريطاني المتعلق بالمنطقة الوارد وصفها في مرفق البيان المشترك المؤرخ ٢٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠.

Thus, he continues to be guided by the methods of work described in the annex to document E/CN.4/1997/7 and would like to take the opportunity to describe these methods briefly with a view to enhancing cooperation with all parties concerned.
وعليه يستمر في الاسترشاد بأساليب العمل الوارد وصفها في مرفق الوثيقة E/CN.4/1997/7، ويود أن ينتهز الفرصة لكي يصف هذه الأساليب بإيجاز، بغية تعزيز التعاون مع كل الأطراف المعنية.

" 13. Both delegations noted that fishing in the area described in the annex to the joint statement of 28 November 1990 had been allowed from the start of the 1994 season and that it would continue during the 1996 season.
١٣ - ولاحظ الوفدان أنه قد سُمح، منذ بدايـة موسم عـام ١٩٩٤ بصيـد اﻷسماك فـي المنطقة الوارد وصفها في مرفق البيان المشترك المؤرخ ٢٨ تشرين الثانـي/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠، وأنه سيستمر خلال موسم عام ١٩٩٦.

26. The Argentine delegation reiterated its concern about the situation created by the British decision with respect to the area described in the annex to the Joint Statement of 28 November 1990 and to the area west of it.
26 - وكرر الوفد الأرجنتيني الإعراب عن قلق حكومة الأرجنتين إزاء الوضع الناشئ عن القرار البريطاني المتعلق بالمنطقة الوارد وصفها في مرفق البيان المشترك المؤرخ 28 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1990 والمنطقة الواقعة إلى الغرب منها.

40. The Argentine delegation reiterated its concern regarding the situation created by the British decision on the area described in the annex to the Joint Statement of 28 November 1990 and the area to the west of it.
40 - وكرر الوفد الأرجنتيني الإعراب عن قلقه إزاء الوضع الناشئ عن القرار البريطاني المتعلق بالمنطقة الوارد وصفها في مرفق البيان المشترك المؤرخ 28 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1990 والمنطقة الواقعة إلى الغرب منها.

Thus, he continues to be guided by the methods of work described in the annex to document E/CN.4/1997/7 which have been approved most recently by the Commission in resolution 2001/62 (para. 30).
وعليه، يستمر في الاسترشاد بأساليب العمل الوارد وصفها في مرفق الوثيقة E/CN.4/1997/7، وهي الأساليب التي أقرتها لجنة حقوق الإنسان مؤخراً في القرار 2001/62 (الفقرة 30).

" The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and refers to the unilateral British decision to extend its alleged jurisdiction over the maritime space west of and adjacent to the area described in the annex to the Joint Statement of 28 November 1990.
" تهدي وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتجارة الدولية والعبادة تحياتها إلى سفارة المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وايرلندا الشمالية وتشير إلى القرار الذي اتخذته بريطانيا من جانب واحد بتمديد ما تدعي أنه ولايتها اﻹقليمية على المجال البحري في المنطقتين الغربية والمحاذية للمنطقة الوارد وصفها في مرفق اﻹعلان المشترك المؤرخ ٢٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠.

" The Embassy does not accept the statement in the Ministry's note that'the Argentine Republic has exercised, exercises and will continue to exercise sovereign rights, particularly in the matter of administration and control of fishing activities' in the area lying to the west of and adjacent to the area described in the annex to the Joint Statement of 28 November 1990.
" والسفارة لا تقبل ما جاء في مذكرة الوزارة من أن جمهورية اﻷرجنتين مارست في الماضي وفي الحاضر وستمارس في المستقبل حقوقها السيادية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بإدارة ومراقبة أنشطة صيد اﻷسماك في المنطقة الواقعة إلى الغرب من المنطقة الوارد وصفها في مرفق اﻹعلان المشترك المؤرخ ٨٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠ والمنطقة المتاخمة لها.

Northern Ireland The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and refers to the unilateral British decision to extend its alleged jurisdiction over the maritime space west of and adjacent to the area described in the annex to the Joint Statement of 28 November 1990.
تهدي وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتجارة الدولية والعبادة تحياتها إلى سفارة المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وايرلندا الشمالية وتشير إلى القرار الذي اتخذته بريطانيا من جانب واحد بتمديد ما تدعي أنه ولايتها اﻹقليمية على المجال البحري في المنطقتين الغربية والمحاذية للمنطقة الوارد وصفها في مرفق اﻹعلان المشترك المؤرخ ٢٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠.

والسفارة لا تقبل ما جاء في مذكرة الوزارة من أن " جمهورية اﻷرجنتين مارست في الماضي وفي الحاضر وستمارس في المستقبل حقوقها السيادية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بإدارة ومراقبة أنشطة صيد اﻷسماك " في المنطقة الواقعة الى الغرب من المنطقة الوارد وصفها في مرفق اﻹعلان المشترك المؤرخ ٨٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠ والمنطقة المتاخمة لها.
