وأعرب الوزراء كذلك عن قلقهم بسبب استمرار فرض تلك التدابير التي تعوق رفاه سكان البلدان المتضررة، وتعرقِّل التنفيذ الكامل لحقوق الإنسان الخاصة بهم.
