Reasonable costs of packing, crating, cartage, unpacking and uncrating of such shipments within the limits of the authorized weight or volume will be reimbursed, but costs for the servicing, dismantling, installing or special packing of personal effects and household goods shall not be reimbursed.
وتُردّ التكاليف المعقولة لحزم وتعبئة تلك الشحنات ونقلها بالعربات وفكها وتفريغها في حدود الوزن أو الحجم المأذون به، ولكن لا تُردّ تكاليف خدمة الأمتعة الشخصية واللوازم المنزلية أو تفكيكها أو تركيبها أو حزمها بطريقة خاصة.

(a) For the purposes of these rules “excess baggage” shall mean baggage in excess of the weight or volume carried without extra charge by transportation companies.
)أ( ﻷغراض هذا النظام، يقصد بتعبير " اﻷمتعة الزائدة " اﻷمتعة التي يزيد وزنها أو حجمها عن الوزن أو الحجم المسموح يحملهما دون دفع رسوم إضافية لشركات النقل.

(a) For the purposes of these rules " excess baggage " shall mean baggage in excess of the weight or volume carried without extra charge by transportation companies.
)أ( ﻷغراض هذه القواعد، يقصد بتعبير " اﻷمتعة الزائدة " ، اﻷمتعة التي يزيد وزنها أو حجمها عن الوزن أو الحجم المسموح بحملهما دون دفع رسوم إضافية لشركات النقل.

Reasonable costs of packing, crating, cartage, or unpacking and uncrating of such shipments under subparagraphs (a)(ii), (b), (c) and (d) above will be reimbursed within the limits of authorized weight or volume but costs for the servicing, dismantling, installing or special packing of personal effects and household goods shall not be reimbursed.
وتُردّ بموجب الفقرات الفرعية (أ) `2`، و(ب)، و(ج)، و(د) أعلاه التكاليف المعقولة لحزم وتغليف الشحنة ونقلها في عربات، أو فكّها أو تفريغها، في حدود الوزن أو الحجم المأذون به، لكن لا تُردّ تكاليف خدمة الأمتعة الشخصية واللوازم المنزلية أو تفكيكها أو تركيبها أو حزمها بطريقة خاصة.

(h) Notwithstanding the one-half rule laid down in subparagraphs (f) and (g) above, conversion to air freight on the basis of the full weight or volume may be authorized in the following cases:
(ح) على الرغم من قاعدة نصف الاستحقاق المنصوص عليها في الفقرتين الفرعيتين (و) و(ز) أعلاه، يجوز الإذن بالتحويل إلى شحنة بطريق الجو على أساس كامل الوزن أو الحجم في إحدى الحالات التالية:

However, for surface shipments under paragraph (a) above, conversion on the basis of the full weight or volume may be authorized only in the cases indicated in (i) and (ii) above.
غير أنه فيما يتعلق بالشحنات السطحية المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (أ) أعلاه، لا يجوز الإذن بالتحويل على أساس كامل الوزن أو الحجم إلا في الحالات المشار إليها في الفقرتين الفرعيتين `1` و`2` أعلاه.
