In response to recommendation 39/4, Bangladesh submitted a report on 28 February 2008, contained in annex I to document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ImpCom/40/INF/3, on implementation of its national phase-out plan.
21 - قدمت بنغلاديش، استجابة للتوصية 39/4، تقريراً مؤرخاً 28 شباط/فبراير 2008، يرد في المرفق الأول من الوثيقة UNEP/OzL.Pro/ImpCom/40/INF/3، بشأن تنفيذ خطتها الوطنية للتخلص التدريجي.

The representative of the Multilateral Fund secretariat reported that the Fund's Executive Committee had approved the Party's national phase-out plan and three tranches of project funding representing more than 50 per cent of total funding.

Bangladesh reported that, following the approval of the second, third and fourth tranches of its national phase-out plan project by the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund at its fifty-seventh meeting in the context of decision 57/28, its Government implemented the following activities:

Saudi Arabia also said in its submission that its national phase-out plan, which had been approved with its country programme, included a plan of action to meet compliance with the control measures for the ozone-depleting substances contained in Annexes A and B of the Protocol.

With regard to the 2008 annual implementation programme for its national phaseout plan, Bangladesh had intended to revise the programme for that and future years to incorporate the recommendations of the Executive Committee for accelerating CFC phaseout contained in decision 49/33.
48 - وفيما يتعلّق بالبرنامج السنوي لعام 2008 لتنفيذ خطة بنغلاديش الوطنية للتخلص التدريجي من المواد المستنفدة للأوزون، تعتزم بنغلاديش تنقيح برنامج تلك السنة والسنوات القادمة لكي يتضمن توصيات اللجنة التنفيذية الداعية إلى الإسراع بالتخلص من مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية، الواردة في المقرر 49/33.

To request the implementing agencies to provide appropriate assistance to Iraq in developing its country programme and national phaseout plans and in continuing its efforts to report to the Secretariat, as soon as possible, data on consumption of ozone-depleting substances in accordance with the Montreal Protocol requirements;
