The National Employment Action Plan is based on four principles that the EU member States have adopted:
وتستند خطة العمل الوطنية للتوظيف إلى أربعة مبادئ اعتمدتها الدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي وهي:

The National Employment Policy aims to: create conditions that help generate more and better job opportunities and incomes in conditions of equality and transparency, by adopting effective labour market intermediation and adjustment actions, achieving a positive impact on the quality of life among the majority of the population.

156. Resolution 59/98 of 6 May of the Council of Ministers approved the Plano Nacional de Emprego (National Employment Plan).
١٥٦ - وقد اعتمد القرار ٥٩/٩٨ المؤرخ ٦ آيار/ مايو الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء، الخطة الوطنية للتوظيف.

53. The National Employment Service (NES) falls under the purview of the Ministry of Labour and Cooperatives, and consists of Employment Exchanges, the Registration Centre and the Farm Programme Unit.

68. The Ministry of Labour and Cooperatives is proactive with regard to the implementation of policies and measures to assist in the alleviation of unemployment in the country by providing means whereby persons seeking work can utilize the services of the National Employment Service to secure placement.
68- وتعمل وزارة العمل والجمعيات التعاونية بنشاط في مجال تنفيذ السياسات والتدابير من أجل المساهمة في التخفيف من البطالة في البلد عن طريق وسائل يمكن للأشخاص الباحثين عن عمل أن يستفيدوا بها من الخدمات المقدمة من الدائرة الوطنية للتوظيف بغية كفالة التعيين.

14. Resolution number 59/98 of the Council of Ministers of 6 May approved the Plano Nacional de Emprego (National Employment Plan), which included new instruments for the promotion of equal opportunity between men and women to employment in the workplace and to professional training.
