It calls on the United Nations, the Security Council and the Human Rights Council to ensure Israeli respect for the Fourth Geneva Convention and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and to seek to facilitate visits by the population of the occupied Syrian Arab Golan to their families and relatives in their motherland of Syria, via the Quneitra crossing, under the supervision of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
وتطالب الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن ومجلس حقوق الإنسان بضمان احترام إسرائيل لاتفاقية جنيف الرابعة والعهد الدولي للحقوق المدنية والسياسية والعمل على تسهيل قيام سكان الجولان العربي السوري المحتل بزيارة أهاليهم وأقاربهم في الوطن الأم سورية عبر معبر القنيطرة وبإشراف اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر.

7. To call upon the United Nations, the Security Council and the Human Rights Council to ensure Israeli respect for the Fourth Geneva Convention and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and to seek to facilitate visits by the inhabitants of the occupied Syrian Arab Golan to their families and relatives in their motherland of Syria via the Quneitra crossing under the supervision of the International Committee of the Red Cross;
