In this regard, the General Assembly may wish to request the funds and programmes and encourage the specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations system, where capacity assessments indicate acceptable systems, to achieve full utilization of national systems for programme implementation in all programme countries by the end of 2016 and to report back biennially on the progress achieved.

153. Also requests the funds and programmes, and encourages the specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations, to further invest in intra-agency rationalization of business operations and to present plans in this regard to their governing bodies by the end of 2013;
153 - تطلب إلى صناديق جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي وبرامجه زيادة الاستثمار في ترشيد إجراءات العمل داخل كل وكالة، وتقديم خطط إلى هيئات إداراتها بخصوص هذا الموضوع بحلول نهاية عام 2013، وتشجع الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من كيانات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على القيام بالشيء نفسه؛

(g) Request the funds and programmes and encourage the specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations system to expand the use of national systems and, in consultation with national Governments, develop and implement strategies to invest in national systems with a view to their future adoption by the United Nations development system.
(ز) أن تطلب من الصناديق والبرامج وتشجع الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من كيانات منظومة الأمم المتحدة على التوسُّع في الاستعانة بالنُظم الوطنية، بالتشاور مع الحكومات الوطنية، وصوغ وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تستهدف الاستثمار في النُظم الوطنية كي يستعين بها مستقبلا جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي.

(d) Request the funds and programmes and encourage the specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations system to identify administrative rules, regulations and practices that prevent them from participating in South-South cooperation, propose solutions and report to their respective governing bodies by the end of 2013.
(د) أن تطلب من الصناديق والبرامج وأن تشجع الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من كيانات منظومة الأمم المتحدة على تحديد القواعد والأنظمة والممارسات الإدارية التي تمنعها من المشاركة في التعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب، واقتراح حلول لذلك وتقديم تقارير بهذا الشأن إلى هيئات إدارتها بحلول نهاية عام 2013.

(d) Request the funds and programmes and encourage the specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations development system to ensure system-wide interoperability of enterprise resource planning systems with the objective of providing an integrated platform for processing internal and external management information and supporting harmonized business processes and practices across the entire United Nations development system by 2016.
(د) أن تطلب من الصناديق والبرامج أن تكفل إمكانية التشغيل البيني لنظم تخطيط الموارد المؤسسية على نطاق المنظومة، وأن تشجع الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من كيانات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على أن تفعل ذلك، بغية توفير قاعدة متكاملة لتجهيز المعلومات الإدارية الداخلية والخارجية ودعم تحقيق الاتساق بين عمليات وممارسات تسيير الأعمال في كامل جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بحلول عام 2016.

(c) Call upon the funds and programmes and encourage the specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations system engaged in operational activities for development to strengthen their focus on developing national capacities for development planning, implementation and evaluation, with an emphasis on the effective integration of the economic, environmental and social dimensions of sustainable development.
(ج) أن تطلب من الصناديق والبرامج وتشجع الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من كيانات منظومة الأمم المتحدة المشارِكة في الأنشطة التنفيذية المضطلع بها من أجل التنمية على أن تعزز تركيزها على تنمية القدرات الوطنية على التخطيط للتنمية وتنفيذها وتقييمها، مع التشديد على فعالية التكامل بين الأبعاد الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية في التنمية المستدامة.

(e) Request the funds and programmes and encourage the specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations system to further enhance institutional capacity development by strengthening and expanding the links between individual United Nations entities and line ministries, while preserving the balance between inclusivity and greater coherence of the United Nations system at the country level;
(هـ) أن تطلب من الصناديق والبرامج وتشجِّع الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من كيانات منظومة الأمم المتحدة على أن تواصل تعزيز تنمية القدرات المؤسسية من خلال تعزيز وتوسيع نطاق الصلات بين فرادى كيانات الأمم المتحدة والوزارات التنفيذية، مع صون التوازن بين الصفة الجامعة التي تتسم بها منظومة الأمم المتحدة وزيادة الاتساق داخلها على الصعيد القطري؛
