The Council also approved the Commission's request to the Secretary-General to provide all necessary assistance to the Special Rapporteur to enable him to carry out his mandate, to submit an interim report to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session and to report to the Commission at its fifty-second session.
ووافق المجلس أيضا على طلب اللجنة الى اﻷمين العام تقديم كل المساعدة اللازمة الى المقرر الخاص لتمكينه من تنفيذ ولايته، وتقديم تقرير مؤقت الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين، وتقرير الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.

The Council also approved the Commission's request to the Special Representative to submit an interim report to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session on the situation of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the situation of minority groups such as the Baha'is, and to report to the Commission at its fifty-second session.
ووافق المجلس أيضا على طلب اللجنة الى الممثل الخاص أن يقدم تقريرا مؤقتا الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين عن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في جمهورية ايران اﻹسلامية، بما في ذلك حالة اﻷقليات، مثل طائفة البهائيين، وتقريرا الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.

The Council also approved the Commission's request to the Special Rapporteur to report periodically to the Commission on the situation of human rights in Iraq and to submit an interim report on the question to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session and a report to the Commission at its fifty-second session.
ووافق المجلس أيضا على طلب اللجنة الى المقرر الخاص أن يقدم تقارير دورية الى اللجنة عن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في العراق، وأن يقدم تقريرا مؤقتا عن المسألة الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين، وتقريرا الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.

51. In its resolution 1995/17, the Commission decided that the Working Group would hold two sessions in 1995 to formulate its recommendations for submission to the Commission at its fifty-second session.
١٥- وقررت اللجنة في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٧١ أن يعقد الفريق العامل دورتين في عام ٥٩٩١ من أجل صياغة توصياته لتقديمها الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.

119. In its resolution 1995/88, the Commission requested the Secretary-General to prepare, within existing resources, and submit to the Commission at its fifty-second session an update of his report including information on and recommendations and conclusions emerging from the action taken pursuant to that resolution.

4. The Commission requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Commission at its fifty-second session a further report incorporating information on the progress achieved in the implementation of resolution 1995/48.

125. In its resolution 1995/67, the Commission requested the Secretary-General to bring the resolution to the attention of the Government of Israel, to invite it to provide information concerning the extent of its implementation thereof and to report to the Commission at its fifty-second session on the results of his efforts in that regard.
٥٢١- رجت اللجنة من اﻷمين العام، في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٧٦، أن يبلغ حكومة اسرائيل بهذا القرار وأن يدعوها الى تقديم المعلومات عن مدى تنفيذها له، وأن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين تقريرا عن نتائج جهوده في هذا الصدد.

16. Requests the Secretary-General to submit a report to the Commission at its fifty-second session containing an inventory and an analysis of the availability of advisory services and technical cooperation in the field of human rights from all sources, both multilateral and bilateral, and to request relevant information from such sources;
٦١- ترجو من اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقرير الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين يتضمن قائمة حصر وتحليلاً لمدى توافر الخدمات الاستشارية والتعاون التقني في ميدان حقوق اﻹنسان من جميع المصادر، المتعددة اﻷطراف والثنائية على السواء، وأن يطلب المعلومات المناسبة من هذه المصادر؛

12. Requests the Special Rapporteur to carry out his mandate, bearing in mind, inter alia, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to submit an interim report to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session and to report to the Commission at its fifty-second session on the results of his endeavours pursuant to the present resolution.
٢١- تطلب إلى المقرر الخاص أن يضطلع بولايته مع مراعاة جملة أمور منها اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان، وأن يقدم تقريراً مؤقتا الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين وتقريراً الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين عن نتائج المساعي التي يبذلها عملاً بهذا القرار.

" 12. Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Commission at its fifty-second session on the implementation of the present resolution under agenda item 12, and on the implementation of all other human rights resolutions adopted by the relevant United Nations bodies regarding the human rights situation in the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. ٢١- ترجو من اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين بشأن تنفيذ هذا القرار في إطار البند ٢١ من جدول اﻷعمال، وبشأن تنفيذ جميع القرارات اﻷخرى المتعلقة بحقوق الانسان والتي اعتمدتها الهيئات المختصة في اﻷمم المتحدة فيما يتصل بحالة حقوق الانسان في أراضي جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك " .

11. In the same resolution, the Commission decided that the Working Group would hold two sessions, each for a two-week period, in April and September 1995 respectively, to formulate its recommendations for submission to the Commission at its fifty-second session.
١١ - وفي نفس القرار، قررت اللجنة أن يعقد الفريق العامل دورتين، مدة كل منهما أسبوعان، وذلك في نيسان/ابريل وأيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥ على التوالي، ﻹعداد التوصيات التي ستقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.
