٢ - يطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا الى المجلس بحلول ٢١ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤ عن أي تقدم يحرز في المفاوضات وفي الحالة على أرض الواقع، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للظروف التي قد تستدعي وجود قوة لحفظ السلم وعن وسائل إنشاء تلك القوة؛

The Secretary-General was requested to continue his contacts with the parties and to report to the Council by 15 November 1995 pursuant to paragraph 4 of resolution 1017 (1995) of 22 September 1995.
وطُلب الى اﻷمين العام مواصلة اتصالاته مع الطرفين وتقديم تقرير الى المجلس بحلول ١٥ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥ عملا بالفقرة ٤ من القرار ١٠١٧ )١٩٩٥( المؤرخ ٢٢ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥.

By its resolution 1086 (1996) of 5 December 1996, the Council extended the mandate of UNSMIH until 31 May 1997, which could be further extended to 31 July 1997 following a review of the Secretary-General’s report that was to be provided to the Council by 31 March 1997.
وبموجب قراره ١٠٦٨ )١٩٩٦( المؤرخ ٥ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٦، قام المجلس بتمديد ولاية البعثة حتى ٣١ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٧، التي يمكن مواصلة تمديدها حتى ٣١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧ بعد استعراض تقرير اﻷمين العام الذي كان سيقدم الى المجلس بحلول ٣١ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٧.

English Page 3. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Council by 5 January 1998 a report on the situation in the Prevlaka peninsula as well as on progress made by the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia towards a settlement to resolve peacefully their differences;
٣ - يطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى المجلس بحلول ٥ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٨ تقريرا عن الحالة في شبه جزيرة بريفلاكا، وكذلك عن التقدم الذي تحرزه جمهورية كرواتيا وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية نحو التوصل الى تسوية لحل خلافاتهما بالوسائل السلمية؛

" The members of the Council request the Secretary-General to provide a full report to the Council by the end of August on the substance of the ideas that were discussed and the responses of all concerned, and to provide his assessment of the situation, particularly with regard to whether the conditions are conducive to a successful outcome of a high-level international meeting. "
" كما يطلب أعضاء المجلس الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا كاملا الى المجلس بحلول نهاية شهر آب/أغسطس عن جوهر اﻷفكار التي نوقشت وردود فعل جميع المعنيين، وأن يقدم تقييمه للموقف، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بما اذا كانت الظروف مواتية لتوصل اجتماع دولي رفيع المستوى الى نتيجة ناجحة " .

9. Further requests the Committee created pursuant to resolution 864 (1993) to report to the Council by 15 December 1997 regarding the actions taken by Member States to implement the measures specified in paragraph 4 of resolution 1127 (1997);
٩ - يطلب كذلك الى اللجنة المنشأة عمـــلا بالقـــرار ٨٦٤ )١٩٩٣( أن تقدم الى المجلس بحلول ١٥ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٧، تقريرا بشأن اﻹجراءات التي تتخذها الدول اﻷعضاء لتنفيذ التدابير المحددة في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ١١٢٧ )١٩٩٧(؛

٩ - يطلب الى اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالقرار ٨٦٤ )١٩٩٣( أن تقدم الى المجلس بحلول ١٥ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٧، تقريرا بشأن اﻹجراءات التي تتخذها الدول اﻷعضاء لتنفيذ التدابير المحددة في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ١١٢٧ )١٩٩٧(؛

By the same resolution, the Security Council decided that the Mission be established for a period up to six months, subject to the proviso that it would continue beyond 6 February 1995 only if the Secretary-General reported to the Council by that date that the parties had agreed to extend the agreement of 17 September 1994, and that they remained committed to an effective cease-fire, national reconciliation and the promotion of democracy.
٩ - وقرر مجلس اﻷمن، في القرار ذاته، انشاء البعثة لمدة لا تتجاوز ستة أشهر، بشرط ألا تستمر الى ما بعد ٦ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٥ إلا إذا قدم اﻷمين العام تقريرا الى المجلس بحلول ذلك التاريخ يفيد بأن الطرفين قد وافقا على تمديد اتفاق ١٧ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤، وأنهما ما زالا ملتزمين بوقف فعلي ﻹطلاق النار، وبالمصالحة الوطنية وتعزيز الديمقراطية.

The United Nations Mission of Observers in Tajikistan was established by the Security Council in its resolution 968 (1994) of 16 December 1994 for a period up to six months, subject to the proviso that it would continue beyond 6 February 1995 only if the Secretary-General reported to the Council by that date that the parties had agreed to extend the agreement of 17 September 1994.
أنشأ مجلس اﻷمن بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في طاجيكستان في قراره ٩٦٨ )١٩٩٤( المـؤرخ ١٦ كانـون اﻷول/ديسمبـر ١٩٩٤ لمـدة لا تتجــاوز ستــة أشهـر، بشـرط ألا تستمــر الـى مـا بعــد ٦ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٥ إلا إذا قدم اﻷمين العام تقريرا الى المجلس بحلول ذلك التاريخ يفيد بأن الطرفين قد قد وافقا على تمديد اتفاق ١٧ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤.
