By paragraph 7 of that resolution, the Security Council recommended that the Commission resume its work as soon as possible and requested me to report to the Council on the reactivation of the Commission.

13. Requests the Secretary-General to submit progress reports to the Council on the implementation of the present resolution by 16 December 1993 and by 16 February 1994;
١٣ - يطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرين مرحليين الى المجلس عن تنفيذ هذا القـــرار بحلول ١٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣ و ١٦ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٤؛

At the conclusion of a two-month period, i.e. by 30 November 1993, I shall report to the Council on the progress which has been made by the Co-Chairmen and by UNPROFOR.

In the same resolution, the Council also requested the Secretary-General to report to the Council on the establishment of the Commission, and further requested him to submit, within three months from its establishment, an interim report on the conclusions of the Commission and, as soon as possible thereafter, to submit a final report containing its recommendations.
كما طلب المجلس الى اﻷمين العام في القرار ذاته أن يقدم تقريرا الى المجلس عن إنشاء هذه اللجنة، وطلب اليه كذلك أن يقدم في غضون ثلاثة أشهر بعد إنشاء اللجنة تقريرا مؤقتا الى المجلس عن الاستنتاجات التي تتوصل اليها اللجنة، وتقريرا نهائيا يتضمن توصياتها في أسرع وقت بعد ذلك.

12. Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Council on his discussions with relevant Afghan authorities regarding a possible deployment of a small number of United Nations personnel in northern Afghanistan and expresses its willingness to consider a relevant recommendation of the Secretary-General in the context of the implementation of this resolution;
٢١ - يطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا الى المجلس عن مناقشاته مع السلطات اﻷفغانية ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بإمكانية وزع عدد صغير من أفراد اﻷمم المتحدة في شمالي أفغانستان، ويعرب عن استعداده للنظر في توصية لﻷمين العام ذات صلة بالموضوع ، في سياق تنفيذ هذا القرار؛

1. In accordance with the provisions of article IV, paragraph 2 (i), of the statute of UNIDIR, the Director reported to the Board on the Institute's activities and the execution of the work programme.
١ - وفقا ﻷحكام الفقرة ٢ ' ١ ' من المادة الرابعة من النظام اﻷساسي لمعهد اﻷمم المتحدة لبحوث نزع السلاح، قدم المدير تقريرا الى المجلس عن أنشطة المعهد وعن تنفيذ برنامج العمل.
