٩١ - وفيما يتعلق بعمليات الطرد بمقتضى القانون المؤرخ ١٢ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٣، فإن اﻷجانب المحتجزين رهن محاكمتهم على مخالفات لا تعتبر خطيرة، أو اﻷشخاص المحكوم عليهم بالسجن لمدد تصل الى ثلاث سنوات، يجري طردهم فورا، بناء على طلبهم أو طلب محاميهم، ويعادون الى بلدهم اﻷصلي أو الى البلد الذي جاءوا منه، شريطة ألا يكونوا مصابين بمشاكل صحية خطيرة أو معرضين للخطر ﻷسباب تتعلق بحالات الحرب أو تفشي اﻷوبئة.
