والفقرة ٢ موجهة الى جميع الدول اﻷطراف التي يوجد في اقليمها المدعى أنه الجاني.

The Director-General shall promptly communicate any such proposals and information to all States parties, the Executive Council and the Depositary;
ويقوم المدير العام فورا بابلاغ أي مقترحات ومعلومات من هذا القبيل الى جميع الدول اﻷطراف والى المجلس التنفيذي والوديع؛

3. Acting in his capacity as depositary, the Secretary-General communicated the amendment to all States parties on 1 March 1993.
٣ - وقام اﻷمين العام، بوصفه الوديع للاتفاقية، بإبلاغ هذا التعديل الى جميع الدول اﻷطراف في ١ آذار/ مارس ٣٩٩١.

Secondly, in paragraph 3 it calls upon all States parties to the NPT to make their best efforts for a smooth start of the strengthened NPT review process.

It is also essential that free and unimpeded and non-discriminatory transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes to all States parties be fully guaranteed.

In this connection, I join the appeal made in operative paragraph 13 to all States parties to the Convention to pay their assessed contributions to the Tribunal in full and on time in order to ensure that it is able to carry out its functions as provided for in the Convention.

605. The Committee also wished to repeat once again a statement that it made at its first session and that was communicated to all States parties and to the General Assembly:
٦٠٥ - وأعربت اللجنة أيضا عن رغبتها في أن تكرر مرة أخرى بيانا أصدرته في دورتها اﻷولى وأبلغ الى جميع الدول اﻷطراف والى الجمعية العامة ويرد نصه فيما يلي:

(b) No later than 60 days after its receipt, the Director-General shall evaluate the proposal to determine all its possible consequences for the provisions of this Treaty and its implementation and shall communicate any such information to all States parties and the Executive Council;
)ب( يقيﱢم المدير العام الاقتراح في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز ٠٦ يوما بعد تسلمه لكي يحدد جميع نتائجه الممكنة بالنسبة إلى أحكام هذه المعاهدة والى تنفيذها ويبلغ أي معلومات من هذا القبيل الى جميع الدول اﻷطراف وإلى المجلس التنفيذي؛

4. Calls upon all States parties to the additional Protocols to ensure their wide dissemination and full implementation;
٤ - تطلب الى جميع الدول اﻷطراف في البروتوكولين اﻹضافيين كفالة نشرهما على نطاق واسع وتنفيذهما تنفيذا كاملا؛

8. Calls upon all States parties to fulfil without delay and in full their financial obligations, including their arrears, under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment until the amendments enter into force;
٨ - تطلب الى جميع الدول اﻷطراف أن تفي بالكامل ودون ابطاء بالتزاماتها المالية، بما في ذلك مدفوعاتها المتأخرة، المقررة بموجب اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري واتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، ريثما يبدأ نفاذ التعديلات؛
