7. Pursuant to the provisions of General Assembly resolution 49/150 of 23 December 1994 and Commission on Human Rights resolution 1995/5 of 17 February 1995, the Special Rapporteur sent a communication dated 8 May 1995 to all States Members of the Organization, requesting the following information:
٧ - عملا بأحكام قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٩/١٥٠ المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، وقرار لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ١٩٩٥/٥ المؤرخ ١٧ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٥، وجه المقرر الخاص، في ٨ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥، رسالة الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة يطلب فيها تزويده بما يلي:

Appeals for voluntary contributions for the financing of UNFICYP, addressed to all Member States of the United Nations and to members of the specialized agencies, were issued by the Secretary-General twice a year.
وقد أصدر اﻷمين العام نداءات لتقديم تبرعات لتمويل القوة، وجهت الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة والى اﻷعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة، مرتين كل سنة.

4. In order to consult with Governments on the issue, a note verbale was sent to all Member States on 25 November 1992.
٤ - وللتشاور مـع الحكومات بشـأن هذه المسألة، أرسلت مذكـرة شفوية الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في ٢٥ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٢.

This proposed programme budget shall be transmitted to all Member States at least five weeks prior to the opening of that regular session of the General Assembly.

وفي هذا الصدد، نؤيد بقوة النداء الوارد في الفقرات ذات الصلة من مشروع القرار الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء بتوفير كل المساعدات المالية والتقنية والمادية الممكنــة من أجل عودة اللاجئين والمشردين اﻷفغان.

In discharging my responsibility as depositary to the Convention, I have written to all Member States urging ratification and entry into force of the Convention at the earliest possible date.

3. Requests the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to ensure that changes notified to the Secretary-General are transmitted to all Member States;
٣ - تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة المعني بالمكافحة الدولية للمخدرات أن يكفل احالة التغييرات المبلغة الى اﻷمين العام الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء ؛

The Secretary-General shall transmit the biennial programme performance report to all Member States by the end of the first quarter following the completion of the biennial budget period.
٦-٣ يحيل اﻷمين العام تقرير اﻷداء البرنامجي عن فترة السنتين الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء بحلول نهاية الربع اﻷول التالي لاستكمال فترة السنتين للميزانية

The Working Group recommended that the Special Committee should continue to make optimum and effective use of conference-servicing resources, in accordance with the request of the Secretary-General to all Member States in connection with the critical financial situation of the United Nations.

7. Calls on all Member States to assist, in all ways possible, including the urgent full staffing of UNOSOM II civil positions, the Secretary-General, in conjunction with regional organizations, in his efforts to reconcile the parties and rebuild Somali political institutions;
٧ - يطلب الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء القيام، بكل الطرق الممكنة، بما في ذلك توفير جميع الموظفين، على وجه الاستعجال، لشغل الوظائف المدنية في عملية اﻷمم المتحدة الثانية في الصومال، بمساعدة اﻷمين العام في ما يبذله من جهود، بالتعاون مع المنظمات اﻹقليمية، لتحقيق المصالحة بين اﻷطراف وإعادة بناء المؤسسات السياسية في الصومال؛

My delegation will soon make available to all States Members of the United Nations a report on the outcome of that gathering, which is likely to be of great value in the work to enhance South-South cooperation envisaged in the present resolution.
وسيقوم وفد بلدي قريبا بتقديم تقرير الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة عن نتائج ذلك الاجتماع الذي من المحتمل أن يكون ذا قيمة كبرى في العمل من أجل تعزيز التعاون الذي يتوخاه القرار الحالي فيما بين بلدان الجنوب.
