15. In paragraph 23 of resolution 48/238 B, the General Assembly invited Member States to make voluntary contributions to UNPROFOR both in cash and in the form of services and supplies acceptable to the Secretary-General.
١٥ - في الفقرة ٢٣ من القرار ٤٨/٢٣٨ باء، دعت الجمعية العامة الدول اﻷعضاء الى تقديم تبرعات الى قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية نقدا وفي شكل خدمات ولوازم تكون مقبولة لدى اﻷمين العام.

In this context, OIC is encouraged by contributions of additional troops to UNPROFOR by other fellow troop contributors.
وتعتبر المنظمة في هذا الصدد أن إعلان الدول اﻷخرى المساهمة بقوات عن استعدادها لتقديم قوات إضافية الى قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية أمر يبعث على اﻷمل.

In fact, some of the international service agencies providing personnel to UNPROFOR had very limited assets as they were newly formed affiliates and subsidiaries of other companies.

١٨ - دعت الجمعية العامة في الفقرة ٢٤ من القرار ٤٨/٢٣٨ الدول اﻷعضاء الى تقديم تبرعات الى قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية سواء كان ذلك نقدا أو في شكل خدمات ولوازم تكون مقبولة لدى اﻷمين العام.

Considering the magnitude of UNPROFOR and the estimated substantial costs, the Committee is of the view that audit services should have been provided to UNPROFOR for the period from 1 April to 30 June 1993 to ensure proper financial control.

I believe paragraph 1 of resolution 913 (1994) gives a clear mandate to UNPROFOR in this regard. I have also requested them to take into account the elements underlined by the Foreign Ministers, namely the separation of forces, the withdrawal of heavy weapons and the interposition of UNPROFOR troops.
وفي اعتقادي أن الفقرة ١ من القرار ٩١٣ )١٩٩٤( تسند الى قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية ولاية واضحة في هذا الصدد، كما طلبت اليهما مراعاة العناصر التي أبرزها وزراء الخارجية، أي الفصل بين القوات، وسحب اﻷسلحة الثقيلة والوضع البيني للقوات التابعة لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية.
