وفي هذا القرار، طلبت الجمعية الى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يرفع تقريرا الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الثالثة واﻷربعين بشأن متابعة خطة العمل.

7- يطلب الى برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يحيل الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الخامسة والأربعين تقريرا عن نظام قاعدة البيانات الوطنية.

8. Requests the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to submit to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-fifth session a report on the implementation of the present resolution.
8- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يرفع الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الخامسة والأربعين تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار.

6. Requests the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-fifth session on the implementation of this resolution.
6- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يقدم الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الخامسة والأربعين، تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار.

8. Also requests the Executive Director of the Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention to report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session on the implementation of the present resolution.
8- تطلب أيضا الى المدير التنفيذي لمكتب مراقبة المخدرات ومنع الجريمة أن يرفع تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين.

12. Requests the Executive Director to present a preliminary report on the progress made in the implementation of the present resolution to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its reconvened forty-fourth session and a final report at its forty-fifth session.
12- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي أن يقدم تقريرا أوليا عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الرابعة والأربعين المستأنفة وتقريرا نهائيا اليها في دورتها الخامسة والأربعين.

13. The annual activities of UNDCP are reflected in the report of the Executive Director to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at each of its sessions.
١٣ - وتنعكس اﻷنشطة السنوية لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات في تقرير المدير التنفيذي الذي يقدم الى لجنة المخدرات في كل دورة من دوراتها.

7. Requests the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to provide assistance, within available voluntary resources, in the implementation of the ACCORD plan of action and report thereon to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its annual sessions.
7- تطلب الى برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يقدم، في حدود الموارد المتاحة المتأتية من التبرعات، المساعدة على تنفيذ خطة عمل " أكّورد " ، وأن يقدم تقريراً عن ذلك الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الخامسة والأربعين.

Requests the Executive Director to continue to strengthen the Global Assessment Programme on Drug Abuse in order to develop minimum methodological criteria that make possible the collection and comparison of data at the national and international levels and to submit to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session a report on progress achieved in that regard;
7- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي أن يواصل تعزيز البرنامج العالمي لتقدير مدى ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات لأجل وضع معايير منهجية دنيا تمكِّن من جمع البيانات والمقارنة بينها على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، وأن يقدم الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في هذا الصدد؛

3. The Commission also requested the Executive Director to use information technology, as part of the revision process, to assist countries with more efficient submission of the annual reports questionnaire on drug abuse, and to submit to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-fourth session a draft of the revised annual reports questionnaire for examination with a view to introduction in 2002.
3 كما طلبت اللجنة الى المدير التنفيذي أن يستخدم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، كجزء من عملية التنقيح، لمساعدة البلدان على تحسين كفاءتها من حيث كيفية تقديم استبيان التقارير السنوية بشأن تعاطي المخدرات وأن يقدم الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الرابعة والأربعين مشروعا منقحا لاستبيان التقارير السنوية للنظر فيه بغية استخدامه، ابتداء من عام 2002.

These comprised the first version of the revitalized System-Wide Action Plan and were made available to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its thirty-ninth session (E/CN.7/1996/CRP.1) and to the Economic and Social Council and the Assembly (A/51/129-E/1996/53).
وكانت من بينها الصيغة اﻷولى لخطة العمل على نطاق المنظومة التي أعيد احياؤها ، وقد أحيلت كلها هذه الصيغة الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين )(E/CN.7/1996/CRP.1 والى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والجمعية العامة (A/51/129-E/1996/53) .

10. In accordance with the decision of the Council, the Working Group on Maritime Cooperation, comprising 35 members, is scheduled to hold two sessions (one in 1994 and one in 1995) each of five days' duration during which it would develop a comprehensive set of principles and specific recommendations on maritime cooperation and report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its thirty-eighth session.
١٠ - ووفقا لمقرر المجلس ١٩٩٤/٢٣٢، من المقرر أن يعقد الفريق العامل المعني بالتعاون البحري الذي يضم ٣٥ عضوا، دورتين )دورة في عام ١٩٩٤ وأخرى في عام ١٩٩٥( مدة كل منهما خمسة أيام ليضع خلالهما مجموعة شاملة من المبادئ والتوصيات المحددة بشأن التعاون البحري ويقدم تقريرا الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الثامنة والثلاثين.

8. The International Narcotics Control Board is requested to prepare, in accordance with its mandate under the 1988 Convention, a report on the effects of the measures described above, based on the information submitted by Governments pursuant to the present resolution, and to submit that report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-third session as part of its general report on the implementation of article 12 of the Convention.
٨ - يرجى من الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات أن تعد ، وفقا لولايتها بمقتضى اتفاقية ٨٨٩١ ، تقريرا عن آثار التدابير المذكورة أعلاه ، استنادا الى المعلومات التي تقدمها الحكومات عملا بهذا القرار ، وأن تقدم ذلك التقرير الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الثالثة واﻷربعين كجزء من تقريرها العام عن تنفيذ المادة ٢١ من الاتفاقية .
