1. The present Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day following the date on which the sixteenth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession has been deposited with the Depositary.
١- يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول في اليوم التسعين بعد التاريخ الذي يودع فيه ستة عشر صكاً للتصديق أو القبول أو اﻹقرار أو الانضمام لدى الوديع.

30. With respect to the date of entry into force, the Drafting Committee had agreed on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of the required number of instruments of ratification, acceptance, etc., with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
٣٠ - وفيما يتعلق بتاريخ بدء النفاذ، اتفقت لجنة الصياغة على اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع العدد اللازم من وثائق التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام لدى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

For such a State or regional economic integration organization, the Convention would enter into force on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
فبالنسبة لتلك الدولة أو المنظمة اﻹقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تدخل الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ في اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع تلك الدولة أو المنظمة اﻹقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي وثائق تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها.

Amendments shall enter into force for any other Party on the ninetieth day after the date on which that Party has deposited its instrument of acceptance thereof.
ويبدأ نفاذ التعديلات بالنسبة ﻷي طرف آخر في اليوم التسعين بعد التاريخ الذي يودع فيه ذلك الطرف صك قبوله لها.

Thereafter, the amendment shall enter into force for any other Party on the ninetieth day after the date on which that Party deposits its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval of the amendment.
ويبدأ نفاذ التعديل بعد ذلك بالنسبة لأي طرف آخر في اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع ذلك الطرف وثيقة تصديقه على هذا التعديل أو قبوله أو إقراره.

1. This Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
1 - يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع الصك الخمسين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام.

2. For each State and organization referred to in article 15, paragraph 1, which ratifies, accepts or approves the present Protocol or accedes thereto after the deposit of the sixteenth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit by such Party of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
٢- يبدأ نفاذ البروتوكول بالنسبة لكل دولة أو منظمة مشار إليها في الفقرة ١ من المادة ٥١، تصدق على هذا البروتوكول أو تقبله أو تقره أو تنضم إليه بعد إيداع ستة عشر صك تصديق أو قبول أو إقرار أو انضمام، في اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع هذا الطرف صك التصديق أو القبول أو اﻹقرار أو الانضمام.

For each State or regional economic integration organization that ratifies, accepts or approves this Protocol or accedes thereto after the conditions for the entry into force have been fulfilled in accordance with paragraph 1 above, this Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
٢- بالنسبة لكل دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمي تصادق على هذا البروتوكول أو تقبله أو توافق عليه أو تنضم إليه بعد استيفاء شروط بدء النفاذ وفقا للفقرة ١ أعلاه، يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول في اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع صكّ تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها.

The Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of the deposit of the fortieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
ويبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم التسعين بعد إيداع الصك الأربعين لتصديقها أو قبولها أو الموافقة عليها أو الانضمام إليها.

This Amendment shall enter into force for any other Party on the ninetieth day after the date on which that Party deposits with the Depository its instrument of acceptance of this amendment.
يبدأ نفاذ هذا التعديل بالنسبة إلى أي طرف آخر في اليوم التسعين بعد التاريخ الذي يُودِع فيه ذلك الطرف صك قبوله هذا التعديل لدى الوديع.

According to article 68, the Convention will enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
ووفقا للمادة 68، ستدخل الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ في اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع الصك الثلاثين للتصديق عليها أو قبولها أو الموافقة عليها أو الانضمام إليها.

1. This Amendment shall enter into force for those Parties having accepted it on the ninetieth day after the date of receipt by the Depositary of an instrument of acceptance by at least three fourths of the Parties to this Protocol.
1- يبدأ نفاذ هذا التعديل بالنسبة إلى الأطراف التي قبلته ابتداءً من اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ تسلُّم الوديع صكوك القبول من ثلاثة أرباع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول، على الأقل.
