39 - ومضى قائلا إن وفده ولئن كان يؤيد قيام مجتمع معلومات عالمي عصري يكفل حرية التعبير ووصول الجميع إلى المعلومات مع الخضوع لشروط المساواة، فإنه يدرك أيضا أن العولمة يمكن أن تترتب عليها نتائج سلبية، مثل امحاء القدرة على التعبير عن الذات الوطنية وذوبان معالم الثقافات.
