3.6 The author notes that he filed a complaint before the European Court of Human Rights claiming a violation of articles 5, 6 and 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
3-6 ويلاحظ صاحب البلاغ أنه رفع شكوى إلى المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان مدعيا انتهاك المواد 5 و6 و8 من الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان.

On the other hand, the Committee considers that the claims of violations of articles 3; 7; 9; 14, paragraph 1; and 26 have been insufficiently substantiated for the purposes of admissibility and finds them inadmissible under article 2 of the Optional Protocol.
