)ب( تقديم المساعدة إلى اﻷمين العام في علاقاته مع اﻷجهزة الرئيسية التابعة للمنظمة؛

He/she represents the Under-Secretary-General and on his behalf makes statements, presents reports and submits relevant data, as required, to the principal organs of the United Nations, in particular the General Assembly and its subsidiary organs, in their deliberations and decisions in the area of conference servicing.
ويتولى تمثيل وكيل اﻷمين العام واﻹدلاء بالبيانات بالنيابة عنه، ويعرض التقارير ويقدم البيانات ذات الصلة، حسب الاقتضاء، الى اﻷجهزة الرئيسية التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة، لا سيما الجمعية العامة وأجهزتها الفرعية، خلال مداولاتها واتخاذها لقراراتها في مجال خدمة المؤتمرات.

Along that line, the Plan of Action stipulates that mainstreaming the gender perspective must permeate all ECE activities, and all principal subsidiary bodies will therefore take this into account when they prepare, adopt and implement their programmes of work.
وتمشيا مع ذلك، تنص خطة العمل على ضرورة أن يتخلل منظور الجنسين جميع اﻷنشطة الرئيسية للجنة، ومن ثم، ستقوم جميع اﻷجهزة الرئيسية التابعة لها بمراعاة ذلك عند إعداد برامج عملها واعتمادها وتنفيذها.
