124. A significant development in this context was the General Assembly's decision to establish a Preparatory Committee on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court, open to all Members of the United Nations or members of specialized agencies.
١٢٤ - وثمــة تطــور هــام فــي هذا السياق، وهو ما قررته الجمعية العامة من إنشاء لجنة تحضيرية بشأن تشكيل محكمة جنائية دولية، على أن تكون مفتوحة لجميع أعضاء اﻷمم المتحدة أو أعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة.

" 3. Decides to establish a Preparatory Committee of the General Assembly open to all States Members of the United Nations or members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly;
" ٣ - تقرر تشكيل لجنة تحضيرية تابعة للجمعية العامة تكون مفتوحة لجميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة أو أعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة، بمشاركة مراقبين وفقا للممارسة التي تتبعها الجمعية العامة؛

2. Under paragraph 2 of that resolution, the Preparatory Committee was open to all States Members of the United Nations or members of the specialized agencies or of the International Atomic Energy Agency. 1/
٢ - وبموجب الفقرة ٢ من ذلك القرار، كانت اللجنة التحضيرية مفتوحة العضوية أمام جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة أو أعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة أو الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية)١(.

States Members of the United Nations or members of any of the specialized agencies, to be elected by the Council on the widest geographical basis from those States with a demonstrated interest in, and devotion to, the solution of the refugee problem " .

2. Under paragraph 2 of that resolution, the Ad Hoc Committee was open to all States Members of the United Nations or members of the specialized agencies. 1/
٢ - وكانت اللجنة المخصصة، بموجب الفقرة ٢ من ذلك القرار، مفتوحة العضوية لجميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة أو أعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة)١(.

7. In accordance with General Assembly resolution 47/92, the Preparatory Committee is open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations or members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers, in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly.
٧ - ووفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة ٤٧/٩٢، فإن اللجنة التحضيرية مفتوحة كي تشارك فيها جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة أو أعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة، مع مشاركة مراقبين فيها وفقا للمارسة المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة.

3. Decides that the Conference, open to all States Members of the United Nations or members of specialized agencies or of the International Atomic Energy Agency, shall be held at Rome from 15 June to 17 July 1998, with a view to finalizing and adopting a convention on the establishment of an international criminal court, and requests the Secretary-General to invite those States to the Conference;
٣ - تقرر عقد المؤتمر في روما في الفترة من ٥١ حزيران/يونيه إلى ٧١ تموز/يوليه ٨٩٩١، لغرض إنجاز واعتماد اتفاقية بشأن إنشاء محكمة جنائية دولية، على أن يكون باب الاشتراك مفتوحا أمام جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة أو أعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة أو اﻷعضاء في الوكالــة الدوليــة للطاقة الذرية، وتطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يدعو تلك الدول إلى المؤتمر؛
